Something’s missing
The app is so far the best mobile operating app I’ve used. But still there’s some small features that should be added. Like the usage history. The outgoing call history is shown in it. But I really feel the necessity to see the incoming calls history also sometimes. There’s no way to see it in the app. It’s a minor yet a very necessary thing. You might lose all your call history from your phone but yet check it from the app if all the incoming calls are also stored there as well as the outgoing calls. Thank you.Show lessF4IYAZ

App forced shutdown
I had been using the app for a long time but after the latest update the app won’t open. Tried rebooting the device and reinstalling the app but still it won’t work. I see in the review that same problem was faced by others. My device is iphone 6s.ebreeze27
App Forced Crashing
The app was perfectly until i updated it to the latest version to view live cricket score. I’m using iPhone 6 and updated the app 2/3 days ago. From then the app is not working. The app is crashing on start. I tried several things like uninstalling and installing back the app but noting improved. Hope the developer would solve the issue.Show lessfahim asjad

It was okey, after updating recently, it crashes when attempt to open it in my iPad air 2 running ios11. Something. Help me out of this. Its really helpful app for me. ImamHimuuuu
User friendly but not opening recently
The app was really user friendly and easy to use. There is many exclusive offers for the users of the app. But recently the app is not opening. I have tried reinstalling the app but still it is not opening. It is crashing every time i am trying to open the app. My device is iphone 6s+Xoxo oxixoxoxooxoxoxoxoco
Problem
Undoubtedly this is a great app...But recently having some trouble using this because whenever I try to login or use the app with mobile data it says “ No internet connection “ but if I try to login with wifi then it’s totally okay! Solve this asapviperwasik
Cannot log in using Wifi
Previously Wifi can be used to log into the app, so I can see my bill and my usage but nowadays without mobile data I cannot login to the app. Dont what happened, pls fix this issue on future update. It is very stupid of not being able to login using Wifi.the_subid
Regarding connecting GP VTS with MY GP app
Sorry as it is a long message:
I have gp vts with my car. I do get the bill every month via sms and email. But the thing is i cannot tag this number with MY GP app or even i cannot know its current recharge update. The thing is i usually pay my bill through City Touch (City Bank Internet banking). But whether it actually recharged or not, i always remain in confusion till the next bill. Once it happened that my bill was not updated and hence my gp vts service was off. So the thing is, i use MY GP app with my personal mobile number to review my recharge status but with GP VTS number i don't have any way to verify.
I know you can obviously help regarding this as you are THE GRAMEENPHONE. Nothing is impossible for you guys. So please again make me amazed with a solution. And if there is no current solution then you can implement this idea without any doubt. I believe all gp vts customers will be happy regarding it.
An idea: if an active GP number/sim is required for verifying in MY GP app, maybe you can make a new field for VTS where customers can put their vts number and a sms will be sent to the authorized gp number which is tagged with the gp vts number.
