  • APP IS NOW DEPLORABLE!

    Never had a problem until the recent crab fest promotion. I was in my local Red Lobster on Saturday, July 6, and when I tried to login, I was jerked around and take it in circles! Ultimately ended up getting locked out of my account! By the way, my server in the restaurant that day said that the same issue has happened to other customers since this crab fest started. I reached out to Red Lobster Customer relations who gave me instructions to uninstall and reinstall the app (yada, yada, yada) and then request the link to reset my password which I did. STILL GOT JERKED AROUND IN CIRCLES! I still cannot access my account if my life depended on it! At this point, I am totally convinced I could walk into Fort Knox wearing a clown suit easier! Whoever designed their app was apparently having a hold my crack pipe and beer moment when doing so! I have been a loyal Red Lobster Customer for over 30 years, soon to be ex-customer! I reached out to the customer relations team for what it’s worth once again to explain the situation and told them if someone doesn’t contact me, I’m going to spread the word all over social media regarding my experience, and go up to their CEO! I’ve had enough! Respect is earned, it’s not given! And at this point, I have lost all respect for Red Lobster! And judging by some of the other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one who has been jerked around and taken in circles. BEYOND DISGUSTED NOW!!!😡😡😡😡

  • Unsatisfied customer

    Service was good but the food wasn’t the best. The biscuits were hard and over baked. We ordered the coconut shrimp and it was over fried. The rest of the food was delicious. Towards the end we couldn’t finish the shrimp skewer and the diablo shrimp so we asked for a container and our server said we couldn’t take it to go because we ordered endless shrimp. We said so you would rather throw it away he said yes that’s our policy. We asked the server to ask the manager and the server came back and said sorry you can’t take the food to go. I don’t understand the ridiculous policy. We spent over $50 dollars. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

  • Worthless app, fishy problems

    I am logged into the app but when I try to order it takes me to a website? What is the point of the app if it’s going to redirect you? I also cannot login I’ve tried multiple times I know what my email and password are they are saved in my phone, but it says they’re not correct. Then I tried to send a password reset and it sent me one after many attempts, and when I tried to login with, and it said there was suspicious activity in my account, and it would be locked in to contact an administrator your app has serious issues. It’s the weekend and I cannot order with my Rewards, seems a little fishy. No pun intended.

  • Soo Good!

    We are going to our local red lobster on Walton Way in Augusta Georgia. All the staff is so very friendly and helpful.
    We came for the endless shrimp, and are so delighted! The shrimp was so delicious, and also the sides as well.
    Having a waitress that took care of us so well, meeting the manager, who went out of her way to help us was a breath of fresh air. This may be our new go to place.
    Can’t say enough about this place. It’s been great!!!!

  • The problem with the App Store

    People don’t understand you’re reviewing the APP and NOT the establishment. Apps about the restaurant you went to or the dining experience you had ARENT helping to improve the app. It’s mind boggling how an app that just sends you to their website is ranked 4.9 stars. What’s worse is the website is so poorly laid out I purchased a side on accident not even knowing my dish came with one. They randomly delete your payment methods and they don’t have a way to store favorite meals. All of this is simple functionality found in almost every other restaurant app so again - what app are y’all using with a 4.9/5 rating?

  • Food and waitress was great!! Atmosphere not good

    The Hoover restaurant in MI is where we had visited and when I arrived I was wondering from the beginning if I should have left. There were two young people smoking marijuana a male and female sitting on the bench outside the restaurant when I arrived in the rain to drop off my children at the door. I later learned they were both employees. Not good.

    The food and our waitress was excellent!!! Superb thankfully! The biscuits did take quite some time even longer for a refill and the restaurant was very cold. I noticed a male employee in the back eating from a plate as he was walking by. The atmosphere makes me not want to return. I may just order online but that makes me feel uncomfortable.

  • Outstanding Service & Delicious Food

    My wife and I have been going almost weekly to the Rohnert Park Red Lobster for the past two years. Not only has the food been top shelf (delicious), but from the managers to the servers (Joseph, Jessica, and Andrea to name a few), they have been very professional, curtious, and friendly. They always have great value for what you pay. In summation, we really like it.

    Waitress was great. I ask for extra sauce and it came out drier than normal. My husband has the same dish every time Then the manager tried act like when they cook it , it gets asorbed. Thus the reason for asking for extra sauce / juice. She told the waitress the extra juice was at the bottom of the bowl. The bowl was dry. Was not impressed with the manager. She made them make up some more sauce. When it came he had already eaten what he could. Thank goodness he tried the sauce before pouring it on his food. I also tasted it. Was the nastiest sauce we had ever had. So damned if you or damned if you don’t. So do you complain and get crap or do you eat it not the way you wanted it. And for the price they charge was not worth it because he didn’t eat it hardly any of it. We did give the waitress a great tip because she was nicer and more considerate than the manager
