    The app is great! My only complaint is that the points expire before I get a chance to use them. I don’t eat out that often and when I do it’s not always going to be red lobster. Once I earn the points I never get to use them because the expire before I get a chance to go back! It would be great if they didn’t. I would be more inclined to eat there if I had the points next time I went out to eat!

    We go to Red Lobster as one of our go to restaurants. So then we enjoy earning the rewards. Every few weeks we earn rewards that our family has fun picking from the list. So everyone gets to enjoy their favorite
  • We love Red Lobster

    Red Lobster is our favorite restaurant. We never miss a chance to eat there. The service is wonderful. The food is great. I worked for them 13 years back when they were owned by General Mills. It is great they have held up the standards they started with.
  • Excellent App

    This is one of the best food apps - and I use them all. The UI isn’t the friendliest but the menu options are complete including specials and configuration aspect is excellent; you can get it exactly as you’d order it in person. They also offer excellent perks and promotions.
  • One of my favorite restaurant

    Have been going to this red lobster for over 20 years. Always treat as a guest. Kudos to so many of the employees: Vickie, Dennis, DB, Ms Tia to name only a few. They have always accommodated me whether I have a party of two or over 40 guest that I have brought in as I am event planner with my groups.

  • Survey about app

    I completed a very long and detailed survey about the app to receive a reward. The reward was received and expired within a month. I went to the restaurant a few days after expiration (unbeknownst to me that it had expired) to use it and realized it was gone from the app. When I reached out to customer service to ask for the reward back, or something equivalent, they advised the rewards expire in 90 days. Mine expired in 30.

    This was one of the points I made in the survey! Give the customer more time to use their earned reward! Customer service came back with a copy/paste response and did not address my request for the points back. Poor service.

  • Great food, fast service Excellent service Asian lady in Ames Iowa great server!!

    We’re frequently at Red Lobster. we love seafood we just don’t cook it that often at home. the only issue that we’ve had that isn’t good 2 times now I’ve ordered the special lobster and steak and both times at two different locations the steak was well done and I asked for a medium steak there was no pink at all. otherwise the seafood is always fantastic, the kids meals are good and they love the strawberry smoothie too!

  • Doesn’t work

    No one will help to fix. Local restaurant tried to help with no success was able to reach someone but they never got back to me. Red lobster shut down customer service line. Like so many company's they don't care about customer service.

    Update, Red lobster sent a response to this review. Clearly they didn't even bother read this review because they told me to contact their customer service. If they had read the review, They would have read that the customer service line is non operational. So I tried the restaurant and the manager talked to someone at corporate who was suppose to call me back but never did.

  • Basically a shortcut to your web browser.

    Terrible app if you call it an app. It’s basically a shortcut to use your web browser. And I don’t use a standard web browser so I get all the way to pay now and it doesn’t work. Make a dedicated app that you don’t have to login every time like everybody else. Do it like the McDonald’s app where the darn thing knows you and you can order from it anytime you’re ready. I’ve spent two hours to get something done here and I had to call Lynn it’s just very frustrating.
