  • Red lobster is our favorite.

    We have done a lot of take out in the last year. The service is friendly and efficient and the food is how we ordered. We have been frustrated though with trouble getting our points. Out of about 12 trips only 3 of them scanned. If I took the time to send a message with the info I would get my points but at least 5 times I forgot or lost my receipt with the info so I lost out on those points and rewards!!
    Last night, was our first time eating in for a long time. Our server Kiera was awesome and the food was great!

  • Rewards

    The rewards are great to have the only problem I see with it is that once you have earned rewards they should not expire after all you earned them by being a customer to begin with so why would you want to take them away from us
  • Red Lobster Meals

    I enjoy eating at Red Lobster & eating Red Lobster at home. The app makes it easy to eat at home by ordering ahead & having it ready when you pick it up. During the pandemic, it was so nice to have my favorite food to eat at home.
  • I missed my sign up reward

    I think this app is a great way to bring back customers. It is easy to navigate once familiar. It may encourage me to visit more often. I missed my sign up free dessert but that was my fault for letting it expire.

    I wish it was the old way you could pick what dessert you wanted but you can’t no more only reason I like to pick is I can’t eat the brownie or cake I am allergic to wheat so I get the cake eat the icing and ice cream and leave the cake I wish it could be different. Bobbie Johnson
  • Best hostess and server ever

    The server Corin was outstanding she was so nice and helpful. When I had ask a question she was so nice and helpful and gave me the information I needed plus more. Your hostess Kim was nice and friendly, she had sat us and greeted us with a smile and kindly voice.
  • Great Tuesday

    Ordered the meal online, person who the call was very helpful and assured the food would be ready at 5:00. Upon checking I saw I had a reward available, which I showed to Fletcher at our Red Lobster, he immediately went back and made sure the shrimp were included with the order. While completing the payment with Gift Cards, the food was brought out. Everyone was so friendly & helpful, especially Fletcher. He is one Great Representative for Red Lobster.

  • The Red Lobster APP is the best

    I’ve used the app and find it easy to use and user friendly. I can order to go or curbside, and when I come in to eat I’m able to review the food and service. Since the pandemic, everything has changed and some changes are not so good.
  • Prices

    I think with prices rising you should get extra points when you make a purchase and I have also noticed that the quantity of food is less and I will be glad when they have a full menu again
  • Rewards are Great

    I really like the reward system. Have used it at least twice I believe. The only issue is, I am 57, don’t play games and really don’t want game rewards, I really have no desire to play the games, so really would like them to be removed.
