The app portion of service is near nil functional on
Every time I used the app, it says no drivers are available to my location, no matter if I see several taxis pass me by. I get messages saying I’m in Scotland, but the in my settings it clearly shows my address, or the area I’m currently at (DC Metro area).
I have to call taxis and skip the app altogether.

Haha deep was punctual and polite, called when he arrived, and waited a few minutes for me to come down from my hotel room.
Great drivers- app issues
Drivers are all pleasant. App has glitches sometimes and took a payment from my visa when it was suppose to be pay by cash. Pre booking doesnt always work either- sometimes just is completely gone. Always gotta triple check that its actually booked.

If I can’t get a ride I wish there was a way for me too know. Waited over an hr. It canceled my ride. So I S started a new one. Still waiting. Tried phoning can’t get ahold of anyone.
Can’t get past phone number screen
After I enter my phone number it says “something went wrong” after trying numerous times. Undownloaded.
Won’t even let me sign up
For like a week-2 weeks and uninstalling and reinstalling it won’t even let me make an account. I put my number in, I allow all the stuff it asks, and then it says “something went wrong”. I have anxiety and would rather NOT have to talk on the phone, so this is so garbage
