Fail to see why the fare estimate can't give a realistic price based on the different type of vehicle. Not sure why a taxi app need to have the right to all of my pics/videos and contact details as part of its t's&c's?🤔

Pointless
Basically pre booking a taxi is pointless. You select a time but it won't be there. Whoever is in charge of relaying the info to the drivers obviously needs help or the system needs overhauling because the drivers don't seem to get the info until 15 mins beforehand. The taxis won't be on time. Pointless. Waste of time. Deleting the app 👎
