Actually brilliant
People give this app a lot of grief when comparing this app to the likes of Uber. But the devs are trying hard. The only downside to the experience of using this app is the experience of the taxi drivers and their familiarity of using the app. All I would want from this is the option to have the taxi driver share their location on google maps share feature

Awful drivers
One of the drivers for this company recklessly cut me off almost hitting my front passenger side, only turning on his signal as he did it. When I honked he waved his middle finger out the window at me. Unprofessional, dangerous driving in rainy weather, his car number was 510 and it was a white van. Would never use this company after that >:-|

Total rip off
I ordered a cab but the app sent it to the wrong location. The driver canceled and told me to contact dispatch. The app has no way to contact anyone for recourse. This is an absolute scam. I have now been charged a $7 cancelation fee, but I was the one begging the driver to pick me up at the correct address.I am going to make it a mission to put these crooks out of business. Deserves zero, but ratings won’t allow that.

All four journeys cancelled by Riide
I've had a total of FOUR journeys cancelled by Riide with less than an hour's notice til I should have been picked up. Sometimes no reason given, other times it's cuz the taxi firm doesn't operate in that area. Why even have an app that allows you to book taxis if these bookings are fake and there isn't actually a taxi firm working there?! Ridiculous. I've had to go back to old school Googling of local taxi companies and booking directly with them. Useless app.

Accessibility somewhat improved
If you use VoiceOver and are willing to tolerate the accessibility issues, then you may be able to use this App, however there are alternative very accessible offerings available.
Let's hope Riide consider accessibility at some point, as after all, taxis are for everyone and it follows that the Apps which enable them to be booked should be too.

#399 needs to lose his license. Will never use this service as a result of witnessing that man in traffic.
This app is garbage
The only thing cabs have going for them over ride sharing is that scheduling in advance, I think we can all agree on that.
I scheduled a ride 4 days in advance with this app. Time for pickup: ‘no cabs available’ ... this actually happened!

Pointless app. Stick with über or Lyft.
RIP off prices...
I will rate the taxi firm who picked us up as fantastic, the app firm not so much.. lots of crashes inside the app, couldn’t find a postcode or find the destination address and a very high “card” charge... whilst the rest of the industry charges a couple of pence to use a debit card these guys are fleecing their customers with 10x the charge. Then claiming it is a card charge whilst I believe it is a app charge... if it is a cost of using the Riide app, then they should be truthful and claim it is a charge for using the app not hide the charge till you have completed your journey.... very misleading. Uber is more expensive, but at least you know how much you will pay.

Pre-book feature is ideal for travelers
One of the worst parts of travel is how do I get to the airport at the right time? This app takes away that stress with the prebook option and letting you choose which type of cab you’d like to book. Will use again.
