Leave a Review Gatwick Express
Brilliant update
Thanks!Very bad design
Why isn’t it obvious to the App designer that the homepage should show a ticket search and/or purchased tickets? Instead the entire page is a link to X (Twitter), and navigating to search or tickets is a tiny little button somewhere hard to find, and the process is not at all intuitive. It defies belief.
And are they even paying attention to these reviews!?Show lessUseless
Bugs everywhere. Can’t purchase ticket. Don’t download.Crashes at Payment
It has a number of bugs. Doesn’t explain password requirements and I had to fiddle with it for some time to create an account. After putting credit card information in and hitting the payment button, the app crashed - several times. We weren’t charged for the ticket but had to turn to the online website to buy our tickets.Show lessCan’t open app. Crashes instantly.
Dud.Keeps crashing
App crashes immediately on fully updated iOS.Crashes immediately on iOS 16
Doesn’t even open. Apple should delist this since it hasn’t been maintained for its newer devices.Really Bad app
I can’t believe Gatwick express has such a useless app. Nothing seems to work. It clearly managed to save my name email and phone number but that is about it. When prompted to add my card details,I input all the info with address and as soon as I clicked continue the app shutdown, obviously not having saved any info!! You can’t get any train times ….so I beg to wonder why do they have an app???Show lessDoesn’t work!
1 Front page won’t update
2 Doesn’t have the timetable (takes to a rail website
3 Crashes when you try to payCrashes after you submit payment info
Doesn’t work properly. Crashes suddenly after payment screen. I’m using fully updated app and updated iOS. Needs bug fixes and Apple pay ability
