App keeps crashing
Tried to buy my tickets on the plane for a trip into London, and as soon as you got to the purchase screen - app kept crashing. A real shame as it seems to be designed well but buggy during the transaction phase.Mazzerpants
Useless crap
What is the point of buying tickets on your mobile for "immediate travel" if you have to then print them on A4 paper for them to be valid?? No mobile tickets? What a joke!
This "app" has even less functionalities than the mobile website as there is no way to log in and save your details and payment card for future use, you have to re-type everything each time.
