  • Non-obvious issues; time zone problem

    Tried to place an Feast order by app (iPhone) today. First problem…keeps giving me a repeated error that I “need to choose a side.” Where, exactly? Finally realized sometime later that it is embedded under the arrow next to the entree (realized after I gave up on the app and went to the website). If you’re going to throw an error, make it obvious as to what I need to do to fix it.

    Second problem - since I gave up and went to the website, the interface there needs to handle time in the local time zone. I’m placing the order for pickup for someone else who can’t use a computer, while I’m traveling. I enter the time…and apparently the site thinks that time is for MY local time zone, not the pickup time zone. Please make it very clear on the site.

  • Terrible app and website

    I didn’t remember signing up before so tried to sign up again - the app said it already had my phone number but would let me back up and try again. Closed the app but it kept the page I was on. Then went to website to put in a comment - without the information of the date I ordered ( I didn’t) and the store ( no store yet). It wouldn’t let me send an email. So no order and no point in trying again.

  • Terrible

    This is one of the worst ordering apps I’ve ever encountered. Aside from being generally difficult, you get hung up when trying to add payment, as there’s no way to move forward after entering payment info. I tried to make this app work two years ago, forgot about it, and tried again today. I remember why I gave up last time.

  • App is Broken!!!

    Do NOT reorder through the app. Despite selecting a previous order, the app will occasionally drop all preferences / options on past orders and not tell you. Found this out the hard way once I got home and our food was inedible due to some things we avoid being on the food. Super disappointing and a waste of money.

  • tricky app

    the app isn’t well developed for several reasons, but the most agitating one regards the rewards. they never notify you of the rewards earned. i don’t get emails, nor does it update on my homepage. the rewards only show up on my account history on the app, but by then, they’re expired. also, when paying, it seems to lag and i always fear that i’ll get multiple charges on my card. i’m not a fan of this app, so i highly encourage just calling the restaurant itself. they really have to work on fixing it.

  • Don’t expect your food on time or at all

    App offers no way to switch between locations when one is busy. You go all the way to checkout and then it says too busy and you can’t select a new location with what you picked. You start completely over. Also no way to process refunds when you the restaurant doesn’t make your order.
  • Bug with the splitting the cost with two cards

    If a gift card has less than one dollar, it does not allow you to edit to enter the decimals. It does not accept “0”. Please fix this.
  • Disappointed

    The app has a lot wrong with it, but I was burned with a meal recently and that's the last straw. Not the first time I have had issues with this chain. They implemented a new section with "tofu" and the default protein is chicken?! I mean the dish is even called tofu xx. Ignore any title you see in the app and configure your meal. Double check the description after your selections. When you pickup, open the bag and check each meal for accuracy. Pray they are not busy as they will most certainly be under staffed and you may as well just walk out in that case. Better to deal with your credit card company then to receive your refund.

  • Can’t login, can’t do anything

    I haven’t ordered here in a while.. maybe a year or so. Have tried to login a 100x and it keeps saying my password is incorrect. And I used the thing where you see what you type. Use password reset, no email comes. Try to make new account, but can’t because it says I already have used my phone # which I can’t use that account anymore due to the above reasons. So now I just can’t use the app at all anymore I guess. Used to be able to do a guest checkout too, can’t do that anymore either. Guess I’ll just pass from now on because I have been sitting here for an hour trying to log in.

  • So-so app, difficult to use for certain things.

    I have gotten several emails where you buy one entree, get one at a later date. It’s hard to do that on this app. When I purchased an entree recently and had a free one coming and went to use the free entree, and some other items, I ordered and it didn’t show the entree as free, so cancelled the order. It did say before placing the order to make sure the free item was available at that location. Switched to the original store that I had bought from to qualify and ordered the same items. Went to pick it up and only the additional items were on the receipt and in the bag. It didn’t show the entree and I also didn’t receive it. I keep “losing” my free entree. There’s no way to know without calling the store first to know if you can redeem for the free entree. Which kinda defeats the purpose of the app. I am just going to direct the emails straight to junk mail and that way I won’t get disappointed when I don’t get my free entree.
