This is by far the worst app I have EVER used ordering food. The layout is terrible as hard to navigate. If you fill out your credit card info and make a mistake there is no way to correct it and then you can’t order. I like the food here ok but this app is so frustrating I will never spend another dime at this place all thumbs downShow lessbreauxknows
Can’t order
Every time I go to sign in it just realoads the same login page. When I hit reset password it says email doesn’t exist even tho I get constant emails from pei Wei on it. And when I try to make a new account on a new email I cannot because “phone already used” so the app became pretty much worthless to meShow lessFffhhfvbff3575(!$
Needs allergy alert option
There needs to be an option somewhere in the ordering process to add a note to the order or to designate a food allergy. Every time we order I have to also call the restaurant to notify them about a food allergy and avoid possible contamination. In today’s world this should be a standard feature.anonym0us.....
wrong food delivered
had the wrong food delivered,called the restaurant and was told i had to talk to the manager after 10 minutes on the phone I asked that my proper order be delivered and was told “They couldn’t do that so i had to go and pickup my order
I took my order home and the thai chicken dinner was dry no coconut sauce terrible

Asks for a size but wont let you choose one
When you try to add an order to your cart the app will say please select a size (of the entree). But the only size available is regular. So you tap on it and try to add it to the cart again and you get the same popup saying you need to select a size. After a few tries I gave up and went somewhere else whose app works. But I see the app hasn't been updated in 8 months so maybe they’ve given up on it. Too bad.Show lessGator5000e
Pei Wei Steal Your Gift Card Balances
I had put several gift cards on my Pei Wei app. When the balance got too low to complete a purchase the remaining balance was unusable. Later the app would not permit using any of the balances. When I called customer support, I was informed the gift cards could no longer be used in the app.
I ordered with the app today, to discover that all the gift cards now have no balance remaining. I will be calling consumer protection at Texas Attorney General’s office.

Useless waste of time
Got to a confirmation screen stating my order was successfully placed. Arrived to pick up food at correct time and location. They went in the back and printed something saying my order was declined. Maybe I mis-typed my CC number but I double checked it for accuracy. Why would it say “successful” if “order was declined”? My Cc card worked just fine in person. The young men here were polite though, but I’m still hungry.Show lessNotAKaren:-)
Terrible app
I forgot that I had an account so I attempted to use my Apple ID to log in but hide my email. It asked for cell phone # and said it was already used for another account. I then realized that I had already set up account but it would let me back out of that screen. Tried to close the app. Delete the app and reinstall. Reboot phone. Nothing worked. It still takes to back to locked screen. Ugh!Show lessurtelke
Can’t use pei wei gift cards... why?
Seriously why? I have $100 in gift card money for here and can’t apply it in app. So on my 30 min break I don’t have time to drive there,place the order and then wait 20 mins or less for the food and drive back to work. I need it to be ready for pick up so I can be in and out. So basically I have gift cards I’ll almost never use because a normal basic function is not available in the app.Show lesskylerust
This is the WORST app!!
When I log into my account to complete my order, the app goes completely blank/black and I can’t do anything! If I log in first and select the order option, the screen is all black/blank. WTH?! For as long as I have had this stupid app, I have never been able to order from it. I have to call the store every time. Ugh!Show lessms fred
