    Keep waiting for app or online to have the same menu items as the selected store for pick up.. this has happened more than twice..there is a side salad I like for example but not online or on the app. But available on the board in the store. The App itself doesn’t reflect going in and ordering.. this is my opinion from visiting locations in Oklahoma and Texas

  • No rewards really but the app is easy to use

    I really got this only for the rewards but I never really seem to get any (been eating here for almost 7 years)... so I guess pei wei rewards aren’t very good. I just redownloaded on my new phone and ordered some food though and frankly it’s a super easy to use app. The pei wei website online ordering system sometimes gives me a “error please try later” message after I go through with filling out all the forms, which is quite annoying, so I always use the app to avoid that.

  • Not what they promote

    I got an email offer that if I downloaded the app and made a purchase of at least 7 dollars I would earn a free entree. I made sure my in store purchase was applied to my “ rewards”. Never got the free meal. Just 9 dollars worth of points. So I filled out the online contact form a week ago to inquire . No reply. And their website only gives the option to fill out that form or write a letter. No email and no phone number. Bait and switch and crappy customer service. Who needs it ?

  • On and off problems with app

    I hate that every few months the app/system decides to not log into my account anymore, stating the “phone number is in use.” I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the app, checking through the mobile site, and even using a computer. I can’t find a consistent way to access my account and rewards, which is very frustrating. When everything works, the system is relatively easy to use. I just wish the system would work consistently and shared information across platforms more effectively.

  • They will not give you what you order.

    I tried this app for the first time and place 2 orders. My was partially correct. I paid for extra chicken and his order came with nothing extra.
    I ask for an ahi avocado bowel with extra ahi, and they decided to make me a Polynesian bowel.
    For many reasons I didn’t select that bowel but they just decided to send that on my order instead for what I paid for. I tried calling the store and the phone rings for ever. No one will pick up.
    I been calling since 8:30 pm several times and no one will answer.
    Bad experience doing this over this app.

  • Can’t use.

    I am unable to use the app to place orders unless I click on faq then use the drop down. Then I am logged out and can place an order. Otherwise the order page never loads. It’s a pain because then I don’t get my points. And if you hit the back button, you have to dig to get to start an order again. It’s a pain and only slightly better than waiting for your order when you order in the restaurant. I HAVE EMAILED AND NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!! They just told me to update the app but that didn’t change anything.
    They changed it. Now I can’t order at all. I guess they don’t want my business.

  • Forces you to get spam

    Opened the app just now after a while, and it says "we'll send you notifications about stuff" I can't say no. Then you bring me to a thing demanding my email and phone number, which I can't say no to either. Total and complete garbage. I've signed your PR person up for the spam so I'm good. Don't plan on buying any food after that BS, but thought I'd let you know.

  • One requested feature added, but needs more work

    They’ve added the ability to add vegetables that don't normally come with the dish. Thank you! One down, two to go.

    I also want to be able to order ahead but eat my food in the restaurant (i.e. no to-go boxes, just regular plates). Just add a “Dine In” option to go along with Pick Up and Delivery.

    Lastly, and most importantly, I want to be able to order my chicken with Potato Starch breading, even on dishes with non-gluten free sauce, because the "other" way they make proteins crispy ends up in a spongey bread coating that isn't crispy at all. Potato starch is the way to go! Also, I think that method uses eggs and I try to avoid eggs.

    Please implement these features in the app and I will eat at Pei Wei every single day.

  • Can't create account in new app with old phone number

    Trying to use new app. Says you need to create new account using old phone number to use new system. Problem is, it says phone number is already used and can't create account. Obviously everyone else has same problem, why not just fix it? Seems like system changed in mid-February, it is now end of April!

    Update- Emailed customer care and they corrected the problem. Unfortunately, all the Pei Wei's near me closed 6 months ago, nearest is now 1.5 hours away. Very sad, this was one of our favorite places and there truly is no other place like Pei Wei! Hopefully, their fortunes will change and we'll see new locations in the future!

  • Easy to get rewards

    So easy to scan barcode and get rewards. However it’s stupid that I have to create a nickname to leave a review. And all the good nicknames are taken and I just want to get out of here. Stop being so picky about things. Great food at the restaurant though.
