Poor app
This is the worst app I’ve ever used to attend a conference. The technical team should do something about improving the app. When logging in to join the meeting, no matter how correct the “event code” is you willl get a pop up message of “invalid event code”. I missed a meeting because of this and it’s still messing up today too whiles the meeting is in progress. I don’t recommend this app for any event or meetingShow lesswendykut
How to access new conference
The app worked well but there is a second conference using same app. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall the app?trogtroll

Unable to return to programs
One of the buggiest apps I’ve used for conferences, very frustrating. For example once I click into the detail page of a session, I am unable to return to the previous screen that I used to filter events by dates.Lsdda
Great idea, not fit for purpose
I’m at a conference which is relying solely on this app and as a result I have no information at all. The app glitches, freezes, and sporadically deletes my agenda and has wiped out the conference programme completely. basically, it doesn’t work.SusieJQ
Painful to use but fully featured
On paper this app is extremely good, it even has landscape support, but it has some glaring issues:
1. No visual feedback when pressing buttons. 2. Extremely slow sometimes - with big delay from button presses to the screen switching to what you selected. 3. Some items under “my program” aren’t under “program” for those who paid for specific items prior to the conference 4. The app bugs out and becomes unusable frequently requiring restarting the app. For example sometimes you get stuck on one item in programs and you can’t get out of it. These issues resolve when relaunching the app. 5. You have to scroll down to see the notifications button to see previous notifications. These things should be nearer the top.
6. There is no way to “sign up” for items within the program and no option to find out the number of people that have signed up for an item. The favourites feature could be improved to implement this

It’s supposed to support virtual attendance but seems to ‘open’ the current session according to the agenda, assuming a conference actually runs on time

Good ideas, very poorly executed.
I’m at a conference now of over a thousand people and everyone is complaining about the app. It would be great if it worked as intended, but in it’s present form it’s buggy and barely functional.Jezmeister
