Dire (bordering on useless) app
I have used many Conference apps and this is without doubt the worst. It is almost impossible to engage with any of the opportunities at the meeting (and it’s not due to poor WiFi or connectivity issues)

Slow and buggy
Takes a long time to launch and doesn’t refresh properly. Often have to exit a session, or even quit the entire app, and re-navigate into the session in order to see update Q&A.eatworldblog
Pretty disappointing
Keeps crashing and polls sometimes work, then sometimes don’t. Fairly regularly freezing and then have to close app & restart. Frustrating when trying to attend & make the most of BSAVA Congress online due to distance.22hspring
IPad landscape version please
App only works in portrait mode on iPads. Not much use when you have an iPad in a case with a keyboard. Could we have a version that works in landscape mode please?Novice_investor

Great app overall except...
The navigation is simple and the interface promising. I loved the note taking feature linked to the individual sessions however I lost 2 sets of notes. One I had not selected done or gone in and out of the page and it was my first set. The second however I was flicking between camera and the apps and it deleted all my notes. Incredibly frustrating should save all notes automatically...Show lessSkyeball
Portrait mode only
I used this app last year for a conference and it was able to rotate to landscape mode. However, after updating the app just few days ago, the latest version doesn’t allow it to rotate anymore, which means I can use it on my iPad while connected to the keyboard!
Can this be fixed ASAP please? I am attending another conference in 1 day time!

Dead End App
Never known an App which leads you to so many dead ends I.e. find yourself somewhere from where there is no return. I am constantly deleting and re-installing the App to get to where I need to be. Worst designed App ever.Tomega1

The app provides the basics but not in any special way and without the true end user in mind. Yes, I can put together my session itinerary for a four day conference, but when I go to my schedule it always displays the very first session of the very first day. So later in the conference I’m stuck scrolling through days of sessions I’ve already attended rather than being taken to what’s coming up next. And session presentations are filed under the presenter rather than the session. Just a bunch of things that don’t make intuitive sense. There were no features (i.e. LinkedIn integration) that I found that made me think, oh wow this app makes the whole conference experience easier.Show lessPurple Jeep
