Constantly ask for update even when it’s updates.

Issues with navigating back in iOS 17 and iPhone 15 Pro. Quite laggy. Could be a good app with some attention paid to polish and bug fixes.sjholmick
So bad….
Freezes, stucks. One cannot select talks, only the complete session. No time available. You agenda does not show individual talks at all. Abstracts are hidden somewhere separately. No connection to calendar, no overview.

App forced in portrait mode
This is a frustrating app to use with the iPad. It will only load in portrait mode, so when paired with the apple keyboard it is useless.Gluteus fish

Why do conferences use this?
Great potential. But truly awful in current form.
No landscape ability.
Constant cycling of pulling data.
Trying to select a favourite is hit and miss - doesn’t update in real time and you need to go away from a page to see it.
Cannot delete news event that you’ve read.
Calendar interface / agenda looks several years old.
Floor plan doesn’t exist
Search functionality frustrating as is trying to remove filters
The list goes on but so disappointed as it has limited usage requiring need to carry around a conference booklet as well.

Laggy and impractical
As pretty much everyone else has pointed out, the app is only available in portrait mode. Not very functional when using an iPad with attached keyboard. My next thought was to use an Apple Pencil but that was no good either - there’s no way of marking up pages, scrolling, or enlarging content. When enlarging the venue map (the only page you CAN enlarge), the print was blurry and difficult to read. The drop down buttons don’t work properly either. The app is a great idea but needs a lot more work for it to function effectivelyShow lessVane88aM

Lots of features that don't work
On paper this app seems very functional, in practice it's not very useful. The scan feature doesn't work and contacting attendees is difficult. The most helpful feature of scanning a simple QR code to easily gather contact info doesn't work at all. There is a contact help feature that takes forever to get resolution. After being number 16 in the queue, after 24 hours I have only moved to number 8.Show lessJoebernoli
Significant usability issues
Apart from the lack of horizontal option on i-devices raised by another review, the 200 character question limit is too short, the question screen difficult to navigate and if you back out of the screen before posting your question, the draft has disappeared.
