No landscape support on iPad
Echoing another review - if you want to write an iPad app, it needs to support both landscape and portrait.
Otherwise, I’ve found that this app just detracts from the conference experience.agssgsvdvyssgzvzhz

This app worked until it did an update now nothing will load correctly very frustrating, using an IPhone.mnsrooney
Does not work on iPad mini 2
It claims to work on OS 11 and up, and I am maxed out at 12.5. The app opens and I can sign into my event, but none of content appears.ThingsThatFloat
This is bottom tier rubbish
App asks to reset password, then sends an email telling you to use old password, which when used is asked to update again…..
Some buttons are blank, no idea if they are confirmations or exit buttons
Developer obviously wants revenue from organisers, no thought to users.The Cassowary
Not practical on iPad- No support for landscape mode
Does not permit viewing and use in landscape mode on iPad which makes it impossible to use when using iPad attached to keyboard which is how I use my device at conference. Unless there is a way to do this that I haven’t located, if so it is quite hidden. Arrows for drop down details are also quite buggy and flicker and do not consistently open. Looks good and neatly organised but these issues get in the way of using it.Show lessJODI136
Poor design and unresponsive
Can’t export the pdf of the papers. This is an important feature as you can’t mark up the papers when reading them in the app. Trying to star and unstar the sessions is hit and miss - app is just unresponsive. The layout of the schedule is difficult to read as you cannot see the streams.Cheschest

Stop using it. Too many errors and problems. Drain power on iPad, not changing orientation, In my agenda no details of the sessions, always go to top of the page and so more.zahur esmc2022
Useless
This app is clunky and pointless and added no value to my conference experience. The inability to efficiently visualise the program and select talks to add to a personal agenda was so frustrating. Good in principle
I’ve never used an app like this before so maybe a bit more sympathetic to it. I really like the ability to take notes and export them. This is a much more efficient system than I would usually use but, and it’s a pretty big but, the app is so glitchy! I’ve had to restart my phone numerous times over the last couple of days as the app kept freezing. Very frustrating.Show lesslakllly22
Poor design
The app doesn’t resize in a full screen mobile, there are fields missing and you can’t make it smaller so it doesn’t allow you to see parts of the text. Very poor design and user acceptance testing.Bryan M75
