I love the integration with payroll, benefits, company info all in one app. The scheduling portion is light compared to HotSchedules. The most disappointing aspect is that notifications don’t seem to work. Email and phone are correct in profile, but I get neither email nor phone notifications about schedule updates. And although I have notifications turned on in the app and enabled in my phone’s settings, I don’t receive push notifications. Also, doesn’t seem to integrate with Google or iPhone calendar. These all are pretty standard features of every other scheduling app I’ve used. Update: Another feature lacking is the ability to offer a shift to a particular individual (available in HotSchedules and Harri). Also, an internal messaging feature would be nice, to connect with managers and coworkers about shift offers, questions, etc. (Available in SlingShifts and Harri). Finally, another feature standard in other scheduling apps, and which would be helpful, is the ability to see pending pickup/swap requests and also have the ability to cancel pending requests.

Give me a break…
I’ve been with my company for over 20 years. The entire time they used ADP for the payroll. Never had one problem with it. This year they decide to switch to this UKG. The app worked for 1.5 weeks and has now NOT worked for 1.5 weeks. Log in server issues prevent you from being able to use this app!! The issue for employees is that our company went from using time clocks from ADP to using this web/app based punch in/out system. Which you can no longer do in the app because the server just doesn’t seem to be able to be fixed. So now there is one of two time clocks in our entire facility that every employee has to use. It’s just a major inconvenience when you’ve been sold a bill of goods about how convenient your product is to use.

Not working
App not working , keep saying no internet connection
Expect errors and crashes daily
I’ve been using this app daily for about a year. The app is slow, and typically takes 2-5 attempts to sign in. This app has errors that can come at different steps in the log-in process, and it often won’t recognize password. It’s a running joke with the 50+ people I work with that ukg will never have an easy sign in. At this point I’m surprised if I can get signed in on the first try. Getting the same errors over and over for many months tells me that no one on the developer side is addressing the issues.

Disappointing
Unable to log in even with Face ID. Same issue as reported by various users. Developers do what you are getting paid for. Outsourced developers I think. Should be fired.
Constant issues
It was difficult to set up.
It worked well for a few months.
Now (for some unknown reason)it won’t let me log on.

Over time tracking
My main complaint “and maybe it’s the way my employer has it set up?” Is that I have a bi weekly time card. Wish it would it keep track of ones hours weekly. So if you have overtime the first week of the cycle and don’t want or not suppose to do OT the second week you knew how many hours you had for that week at a glance instead of having to add up each day and subtract …. Also why can’t it show you your time in minutes instead of hundreds of an hour? An alarm function would be nice for that to. So you could have x minute warning to give one time to lock up or whatever before punching out

Can’t login
I’ve been employed with a company using UKG for 6 months. Every month I try to redownload this app and login but it doesn’t work. I can log in at work on their computer and but not on ANY of my personal devices, while the entire team can clock-in, taxes, everything from their phone. IT support said it was the apostrophe in my last name (O’Dell). But I can login just fine at work? Doesn’t make sense. Would really like this app to work so I can do taxes without being physically present at work to login, and so I don’t have to wast 5 minutes and be late everyday trying to clock in to work through a chrome browser on a windows tablet(bleh) Please someone look into this thanks.

Missed punches
I just started to use this application and am having problems getting paid because the app says that I am successfully punched in and that it will take a few minutes to update. The next think I know is that I missed a couple of days of pay. I learned to refresh the page, but, now, I have little to no confidence in the program. I know they will pay me, but I have to wait until the next payday for compensation. It is totally frustrating. I haven’t gotten paid correctly since I’ve started. Thanks!
