Whack-a-Mole of Technical Difficulties

I’ve unfortunately been using this app for several years now — there is ALWAYS something wrong with it.

Once they fix one issue, a different one will pop up like clockwork. It’s kinda funny if it wasn’t so frustrating.

Right now, the map freezes every time you zoom into a specific area, and you have to exit the app and start over to unfreeze it.

I don’t know why they changed the app

The app used to be useful and user friendly. Now there does not appear to be a way to indicate pets or comments, and it is difficult to find the map. Please change the app back to the original app, because this change is awful.

A mother of kids and mother of pups

Our stay at motel 6 at Rosemead made our night great my whole family and I agree that the place they have for pets it’s the best idea it’s great our pups had a great stay as well I think they where so
Happy they want to come back
Here again that’s for thinking about the pets it’s awesome

A step backwards

All I want to do is see a map of my state where I can scan locations and days for best prices so that I can make a travel plan. I have flexibility for time and place for my trip. This is now clumsy to do, requiring lots of backing up to see prices on the map for various days. Seems they don’t understand budget travel planning.

Password Reset Garbage

Would like to use app, but password reset doesn’t work. Received email, but screen is baked. Won’t let you reset. All conditions met, but password isn’t accepted. Simple function that should work doesn’t, so how good could the app be?

Great and easy to use, could be better

Booking a reservation is easy just would love to see a spot or option to annotate pets traveling with the guests. I know a few years ago you could include notes but didn’t see that this time around when booking and had a slight mix up at the front desk when checking in.

Roaches.

Bad experience. First room I had Roaches. So asked for another room. Second room had small flies all over. Starting killing but just to many. Also the floor was filthy (wood floors) and last in the bathroom by the towel rack huge clump of hair stuck to the wall. They also charged me more for another room? Had to complain to manager to get it back.

TERRIBLE APP

Had a terrible experience at a motel 6 but I am unable to leave any negative feed back I can give them good reviews and write something but if I leave and bad review It gives me the option to write but will not let me only if I add more starts and I can’t leave a concern about my stay because it just says I’m not aloud to send emails… motel 6 is a straight up scam and you can’t even use the technical support

App not working properly

For some unexplained reason it’s not showing past or upcoming stays very hard to manage reservations when it’s not showing any also when I try to log in it says email and or password not correct….very frustrating app it used to be very helpful now it’s useless…..

Nice app for those without pets! And smoke

I like this app, use it often for quick, easy access to motels in my area or where I need to go. The biggest problem with it is that you can not request a non-smoking room or one on the first floor because of pets! I have to call the place I want to stay, after making the reservation to tell them I have an elderly dog so need the ground floor and I do not smoke.

Dear app gurus save your customers and staff by including these criteria when we book a room!
