I loge Motel 6. I stay at your locations any time possible when traveling. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Overall 10/10.
HOWEVER...your app and website leave something to be desired. I wish the app (and website!) kept a tab of your past reservations. We’ve stayed at your locations MANY times yet when searching for “past reservations” on the website as well as the app it shows “no reservation found”. PLEASE make it so you are able to view your past reservations. Would make it so nice to see where you’ve stayed and what locations you’ve been to.
Secondly: change the app to my in sync with the website and vice versa. I was signed into my My6 account and made a reservation for November on the app. But when I view the website it says I have no reservations!?! Rude.
Also adding on to this: please add the ability to enter a confirmation number on the app to pull up a reservation.

I booked a room tonight in motel 6 ^ everything was good till we checked the room it was dirty awful checked the bathroom towels it had hair on them very awful, so i went to the receptionist to complain and would have him either refund me the money or switch me with another room he the worst thing was he called me a liar and and started yelling and cancelled my booking and told me to go get my money back from wherever i booked it from

Always sign in error
I am a long time Motel6 customer and thought that the app might be a convenient way to book. Every time I go to log in it says there is a problem with the pass word not matching the log in, or vice versa, even though I am entering everything current. Don’t bother.
Log in Issues
Greetings! I just downloaded this app maybe an hour ago. However, I'm unable to log in with my credentials. No prob logging in on my laptop via the full website but not able to on the app. It's stating that my email address and password is incorrect which it isn't as I can log in via the website immediately. Thank you in advance for reading the reviews and adjusting the app accordingly. Have a great day!

Amazing App
Honestly this is the best app when it comes to booking for motel 6. You can reserve your room at a cheaper rate as well as pay upon arrival. Motel 6 really makes sure that your accommodated during the length of your stay. I've been here over a month and I just want to say thank you Motel 6 for always leaving the light on for me💯💪🏾

Having to install app over and over
I keep having to reinstall the app due to the entire site saying all the hotels are sold out. This is country wide. I know this can’t actually exist so I uninstall the app and reinstall the app so that I can shop for motels. I didn’t have this problem with the old app. Would love to give 5 stars but I can’t with this issue.

Being a guest & a franchisee of G6
From a guest & a franchisee perspective the app isn’t helpful at all. App doesn’t load information properly. I looked up my property on the app & all Motel 6 properties in my town were sold out...not possible! I went online via Safari & it shows all Motel 6 properties in town were available like it should’ve on app. I understand website is a bigger platform than iOS app, but Apple’s consumer base isn’t small by any means either. As I am REQIRED to maintain brand standards at ALL TIMES, failing to maintain standards results in financial penalties towards us franchisees. I expect the same REQUIREMENTS from G6 iOS app team as well, especially when their app is available ALL(millions - billions?) of Apple’s consumers, whereas I’m in 1 location & visible to the people they’re trying to search for my location.
I hope this helps you all realize the importance of this app to be at its peak AT ALL TIMES. I’ve been waiting since 2018 for you guys to fix the old bugs.

Wrong dates on ‘reservations’ screen
I did 3 reservations for 14th, 15th and 16th. I got emails with correct dates, but in the app they are shown as 13th, 14th and 15th (one day earlier).
I called support to confirm, and they have correct dates in their system, so there’s this glitch in the app.
Other than that, great app.

Fantastic Service
We have been at this motel 6 location for a little bit. Well an emergency fell upon my husband and I, and helped us with assistance to fix the situation. Thank you, to your kind staff!
Wish it had the same options as the website
On a computer instead of the app you can select that you’re traveling with pets and there’s a spot to type requests. On the app these options are not available so I have to go to the computer to make my reservations.
