Buggy app
After a few minutes the back button that takes me from attraction details back to the map disappeared. Then it started jumping from the map back to the home screen. Now I can’t even use the app long enough to buy tickets before it jumps back to the home screen.
Swim with sharks and one very rude trainer
Would have been an incredible experience if it wasn’t for a female trainer on a major power trip. I misunderstood one of the rules while swimming with the sharks. Honest mistake. Right way to approach it would be politely remind me of the rules, but she decided to go well beyond that. Threatened to have me removed and was completely nasty

App doesn’t work without internet
App is useless without internet and you don’t have internet in most of the park. If you close it, you won’t be able to open it again until you get internet
The lockers on the bottom roles are for Asians only?
We are Asians. My family visited Xplore today. We were assigned with two lockers in different aisles. Bother we’re on the bottom rows with numbers ending with 0 or 5. This is not a coincidence. I happened to hear other Asian families looking for their lockers, all ended with 5 or 0, on the bottom row out of the 5 rows. Xplore, please give an explanation!

Xcaret is Xtraordinary
Visited Xcaret for a day with my husband. We had a marvelous visit. We purchased the photo package as well as the under the sea experience.
It was amazing walking the seaboard, the divers guiding us were excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable.
The picture package was fun. All the camera were in the best most scenic locations and it helped to get lovely pictures.
The buffet was OK but would prefer the ala cart option. It’s great for big families with children as there was a variety of foods to choose from.
The night show was spectacular. Such a rich history portrayed in a colorful and enjoyable atmosphere.
My suggestion for the show would be to possibly not be so long. Some of the dances from different regions could be scattered during the day in certain locations of the park.
After spending the entire day in the sun and enjoying all the park has to offer a 2 hour show could be too much especially for small children who probably don’t understand the history and evolution of Mexican culture.
Overall this is a must experience for the entire family.
Would certainly visit again.

This app doesn’t work
This app doesn't open on my phone. What's the problem? My phone is iPhone 13 Pro max.
Lacks key features like tickets
It is painful to set up a user, and as they recognized, the app does not let you add the purchased tickets. You still need to bring PRINTED tickets and proof of purchase. Yes, you read well: PRINTED.
Activities are not updated. Many cancelled experiences like snubs and sea trek due to a choppy sea that was not too bad. Even the swimming in the “pozas” was not allowed, even that the sea was not really invasive.
The night show was changed from 7:00 PM (as announced in the app) to 5:00, masking our day much shorter than planned.
A place by Mexicans for Mexicans. Changing rooms small and poorly illuminated.
Back to the app, not easy to navigate. The map should be forefront, not so hidden.
Unless the developer fixes these things, my rating stays at 1 star, although the place is almost 5 stars (if everything would work the way it is announced)

Never works
Would be great if the app actually works. Complete useless. Better not have an app if you can’t make it work or useful. Shame for such a big group as XCARET!
