This app doesn't open on my phone. What's the problem? My phone is iPhone 13 Pro max.sarangtwo
Lacks key features like tickets
It is painful to set up a user, and as they recognized, the app does not let you add the purchased tickets. You still need to bring PRINTED tickets and proof of purchase. Yes, you read well: PRINTED.
Activities are not updated. Many cancelled experiences like snubs and sea trek due to a choppy sea that was not too bad. Even the swimming in the “pozas” was not allowed, even that the sea was not really invasive.
The night show was changed from 7:00 PM (as announced in the app) to 5:00, masking our day much shorter than planned.
A place by Mexicans for Mexicans. Changing rooms small and poorly illuminated.
Back to the app, not easy to navigate. The map should be forefront, not so hidden.
Unless the developer fixes these things, my rating stays at 1 star, although the place is almost 5 stars (if everything would work the way it is announced)Show lessestusal

App and web doesn’t sync
App is hard to navigate, and confusing. I ended up bought the tickets on web as I wasn’t feel secured enough. Even though I bought the tickets as an account holder. Tickets purchased via web doesn’t show on app.THELAWHERE
People, rate the app, not the parks
The parks are the best in mexico and amongst the top of the world, period.
The app… just use it to browse the maps. Cannot create or use an account, cannot use any functions other than browse the mapsDGIT1982

Rude snorkel attendant!
It’s a beautiful place but the attendant at the snorkel equipment was very very rude. I asked multiple time for a kid size snorkel for my young daughter, he dd not want to give it to us, saying it’s all one size (there were blue mask for the kids) my daughter choked on the sea water the went in her mask, very bad experience!
