Great books only one flaw
I’ve used this app a couple times to make really nice photo books of vacations etc for our family. They come out really well and are of good quality. The books are bound well and hold their integrity and the photos are printed very nicely.
My only caveat to a 5 star review is the app will not display in landscape view on an iPad which would be much easier when adding text etc from an iPad keyboard.Show lessmjfyfftegbhu

This app is the best for making photo books. I have had made 6 now and couldn’t be more happier with the quality! I started before they had the change of colours and now the cropping tool would make it so much better to be creative with making a beautiful memory book. I just download this app because many of reviewers are positive but makes me disappointed one book has only two page if it’s has only two page then why it’s called bookMamshdh-jehe

I have an iPhone. I took two hours making a folder in my images to create a photo book from. This app shows me folders but only a select few, not all of them. There is no way to find the folder I made. Also, when I tried clicking on another folder, it became stuck in that folder and there was no way to go back to the general images. The site offers discounts but they never applied to my order. Waiting to see how the book turns out.
Update: the link to the developer doesn’t work. I didn’t get a welcome discount. Now my package is delay. I really hope when I get this book. It’s perfect. As of right now. It’s a rip off. I’m still annoyed I didn’t get my welcome discount. It’s in the FAQ on the site. Curious what excuse I will hear this time. I followed the steps. Why did I get a credit applied to my order?
Update since the book was received:
My partner loved her gift. The photos came out perfect. Including screenshot images. The book feels good in your hands. I choose white for a clean look. Keep in mind stains easily. Black is probably better long term. The app is easy to use and pc sync is super convenient. Discount problem aside. I’ll be shopping again.Show lesstrash_company

With so many options to create memories into books, I didn’t know what to choose.
I read the reviews on Once Upon and realised my memories would be made in Australia. I wanted to support this. The reviews seemed positive so I gave it a go. Hands down BEST DECISION I made. My memories turned up in a beautifully presented book. We are so happy with the outcome we are going to ensure we use this app to create our books every time we have enough photos to do it.
The cost is relevant to the beautiful product you get.

I have used Once Upon for probably a year now, and our baby book came out great! However, about 6 months ago the photos stopped loading properly into the app. Dates would be all wrong on the photos, sometimes three months were loaded into one month. Customer support tried a few things, but when nothing worked I stopped hearing from them. Their suggestion was to stop using the app, and use the web version which is not as convenient. This app issue is on my iOS phone and iPad, so it is not localized to one device. My hope was to use them for all our albums, but once this one is complete, I'll have to find a new app since they cannot fix the user interface for me with this one and have stopped responding or fixing the problem.Show lessKristenEden

Whole app needs updating. Reviews from 2 years ago saying it needs more customization and it doesn’t appear to have changed. You select all your photos in order but then when it generates the book they’re all out of order and you can only change so much. Especially if you’re having to adjust every photo out of 200. Even with the cover you can only pick between black or white background… Really? Are you kidding? Not worth it.Show lessAEC97
