I LOVE this app. I have 45k+ photos on my camera roll, I am constantly taking pictures and looking back through them. But looking back through a photo book is MUCH nicer than looking on your phone, and the quality of these books is sooo good. I create books for all my own photos but my mum’s, too. She gets a book as a Christmas present every year and she loves looking back through pictures from her year that she’d forgotten about.
The books are quite expensive but worth it. These would be my save-in-a-fire items from my house 😂 I will cherish them forever!

I found the process of selecting my photos very easy, just that I would have liked more photos per page.
A friend recommended Once Upon to me, and I am doing this particular book for my husband who has dementia and he can look at the photos in the future to help remember our family.sukoku fan

As a mom of 3 i had soooo many pictures of my kids. I got to busy to print them out i also didnt want to print more then 1 picture out for each child. I found this app and started making their photo albums. I can fit 2-3 years of pictures into one book. The more pages you have the more your pay. But its worth it. I just got my first 3books i ordered and i absolutely love them! I already started creating their next round of albums and my babys first album.Show lessitssummertimela!

At the beginning I was a little bit nervous, you never know if the apps are totally accurate made of what it says. I took the risk and order the first album, I loved it so bad that everytime we go on vacations I promised myself, I was going to do and album with one uponcari_huezo

it was quite expensive, however so worth it!!!! i made two albums for my sister.. i cried just looking through it! i can’t wait for her to see. Came extremely fast and at the exact date and timing they said it would arrive! Such a good product and would definitely recommend 100%. After reading the positive online reviews, I thought I'd give 'Once Upon' a go. It was easy & fun, once I managed to work it out, as I couldn't find many instructions - for example, how many photos one could put on the double pages. (I would've liked to be able to put more than 6). I would've also liked to ability to do a collage design at times, but I couldn't see whether this was available. Just hoping the final product is as good on paper as it appeared digitally.Show lessjillwfo

My daughter has ordered many of these books so I knew the quality was great. I made my first order and realised a day later that I forgot to delete a page containing traumatic images of my husband after a serious accident. I emailed the company. Despite it being past the time allowed for cancelling, the company immediately refunded me, enabling me to go back, remove the images and reorder. exactly what i was looking for. This app shines in the ease of use department. It's not a 100% customizable but the app is easy to use on the phone. The process of creating the photobook was pure joy. It looks great too. Some of the pictures were a little lower quality than I was thinking once printed. It came within a week of ordering and it was very affordable. Overall amazing and highly recommended.Show lessDeltaDot

Aside from the products being great, Once Upon has by far the most amazing customer service I’ve ever dealt with. There’s actual super kind humans behind these emails and screens who want to make sure you have a great product. I’ve created over 40 albums starting in 2019. For myself (mostly), family and friends!
