Easy to use
I have loved this app and it’s really easy to use. I also like the standard design, it’s clean and modern and takes away all the time wasted trying to decide fonts and colours. Another great thing is, if your photos aren’t up to pixel quality, the app will notify you but not stop you from using them. This is great for me because I am using photos over 40years old, they are old and that’s why I want to use them. Really happy so far, can’t wait to get my photo books. I just received my 1xClassic and 1xCompact photo book in hardback and I am blown away by what I have received. The photo-book is very professional looking and the quality is amazing. The only thing to be careful about is the quality of the photos you upload but the app does highlight when a photo is below 3MB. I completed the photo-books on my iPhone which was very easy to do for the photo uploads but because I had also chosen to write more of a story it was more difficult on my phone, because it was small and it took a long time to do. My advice is to do it on an iPad if you are writing up a story. It would be amazing if you could do it on a laptop so really hope that maybe a Microsoft version is launched or app to enable you to do it on a laptop. Overall, this is a superb final product and well worth spending the time doing it up as you will be blown away by the end product.Show lessNollaig009

One thing I love about this app is that is organizes your pictures by months and shows you which ones you’ve already selected! So handy when creating your book.Dulcisgrl
Sooo user friendly
I have tried so many different apps to try and print family photos but none so easy and user friendly like this one.
Sorted photos in monthly order and once a page has been created it take you back to the last select photo - great when you have literally thousands of photos to sort thru!

Just received my first Once Upon book (27cmx27cm) and the quality is truly excellent! It reminded me of the superior finish that the Apple photo books had when Apple were still producing them. I opted for the “standard” finish which was flawless and not really sure how one could improve on it. The app, as advertised, is super slick and easy to use with just the right amount of options. The collaboration piece is a stroke of genius too. A few suggestions for improvement would be to offer the option of upgrade to include a sleeve and also to highlight any duplicated photos - in my rush to finish the job I foolishly repeated a picture and have had this highlighted by other online photo book companies but naturally with a bit more care I would noticed the error of my ways. We know you pay for what you get and for the price this is a 10/10, high quality product that will not disappoint. I am about to order another. The book also arrived 5 days ahead of schedule!Show lessisHuman
