Awesome app, easy to select photos straight from your phone and can work on it through out the year ready to order at the end of year for the annual photo book. This is my 10th yearly photo book! Love them!KMHS5

Wow, I have just received my book and am so impressed. I made a book for my daughter’s first year composed entirely of iPhone pictures, and even at the largest book size they look fantastic printed. The quality of the book itself is great. I found the app really easy to use and loved that I could put it down and come back to it later. This was essential for me as a full time working mom trying to squeeze this in during the evenings. The ability to collaborate was essential as it allowed my husband to easily contribute pictures as well. I will definitely keep using Once Again for future books, even though it is more expensive than other options. A couple things that would have made it even better: 1) the ability to sort all photos by date, especially with multiple collaborators and 2) more options for the cover. The subtitle is too small for my liking, but that’s a minor point. I cannot wait to give these books as presents to the grandparents.Show lesslolodemps

Rarely write any reviews, but I just received our wedding book 27x27 on matt pages and it’s truly amazing quality, I cannot be happier! I regret not adding all of our photos, I ended up with 84 pages in the book but now seing the quality could have added all of our photos. A few recommendations for the mobile app (I’m on iOS): to add pinch to zoom. I noticed something a bit wrong with my hair only when got the print cause couldn’t see it on digital photos from the phone. + There could be an automatic check for duplicated images. I accidentally added 2 exact same files, but didn’t notice it myself ahead of printing. Highly recommend this service, I will keep the app on my phone for the next books! I ordered a 24 page photo book (large hardcover with silk matte paper) for my 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend and omg it’s perfect!!!
It came so quickly to Australia as well, I ordered on 22 November 2023 and received it on 2 December 2023, I was expecting it to come later than that considering it’s customised. The quality of the photos were also really good even though some of the photos I uploaded were originally not that good and photos from Snapchat. I love this gift idea and would definitely order another one soon 😍🙌🏼Show lesslajorda09
App is annoying to work with
The end product is amazing and I highly recommend it only if you have the patience to get through the annoying process via the app.
Some photos don’t sync (for whatever reason) but they don’t highlight exactly which photo is causing the issue so you pull your hair out trying to work the spreads to fix the issue. If they can fix that issue then it would be 5 stars.Show lessroubamjs
Buggy
I’ve used this for Christmas gifts for the past two years. This year… the app is busted. Photos are organized by month but you if you want to see your photos from June, for example, you have to click on July and then scroll backwards until you get to the beginning of June. But you can’t go all the way back to June 1, because then you’ll get kicked back out to July. Does that make sense? No. So you won’t be able to put any June 1 photos in your books and, for some reason, you can’t use any June 30 photos either. Hoping they fix the app within the next few days because these really do make lovely books and gifts.Show less46478382929
Why is this version so glitchy??
Can’t select certain months even though there are photos available, it just jumps to the previous month even when synced?CandoCando

I’m extremely disappointed with the app.. I thought I found the perfect Christmas gift for my wife this year, unfortunately it doesn’t work. For one, it’s extremely glitchy! It will continuously kick you out of the month/photo album you are in. After about an hour of the glitching and me, deciding that I’ll just have to leave some photos out since it would not allow me to go into certain months/albums, I pressed continue, it download it halfway and then kicked me out of the app completely. When I went back into the app, it would not allow me to continue where I left off. It’s now making me start all over but I’m not sure if I want to go through another hour of glitching just for it to not work in the end. Hopefully this will be fixed in time for me to buy one as a Christmas present.Show lesskalayvonne

I’m just over the moon with my photo book. I went with the hard cover and it’s worth every cent. My memories are there for all to share on my coffee table and I’m so proud of it. The book arrived so fast and I was so impressed with the finished product. Thank you so much. I’ve now ordered 45 prints for a collage wall.
Really easy app to use and did it all from my phone!
Just make sure you touch up your photos before you upload.

I was so happy to stumble across this app, I had tried so many others but hated them, this app is soooo easy to use, it’s set out well, you have all your photos broken up into months which is the most helpful thing I found with this app. Also being able to have a lot of pages was a positive added bonus.
