Easy to use
App is so easy to use. I used it over a 2 year period to load photos at different times and every time I’d open the app, I never lost anything. It was exactly as I left it weeks/months prior. Ordering the book was even easier. I can’t wait to receive it.mlomavita

Good APP, easy to use. Only bad thing is it has a fixed size of "photo frame". So if your photo is in a different size(most of my photos don't fit their size), it will automatically center your original photo without letting you adjust it. When the focus of your photo is not in the center, the effect will be a bit awkward. And there's no way to adjust it!
Regards to the quality of the photo book, it's not the best for photos taken by professional cameras. But on the side, it might be good for phone photography.Show lessiwantgreatphotobooks

I love that I can consistently work on a photo book a little each week. I find making a photo book for a larger period of time to be super overwhelming, so this is very helpful. My son loves looking at his memory books.
Not having too many options for customization has pros and cons. It makes the process quick, easy, and pretty user friendly, but I do wish there were a few more capabilities. I wish I could put more than 6 pictures on a spread and wish i could crop or zoom in on some of the pictures I choose. I also wish I could write some things in Korean.Show lessMadisonMPark

Found this company after seeing an ad on Instagram. My husband and I have been waiting to find our perfect wedding album but nothing had suited exactly what we wanted until we saw this. We ordered through the app, it was so easy to use and organise our photos exactly how we wanted. It was very well priced given all the other albums I had looked at and shipping was incredibly fast! It arrived in just over week after we ordered which was amazing. The quality of the album is amazing and the photos are printed so well. Cannot recommend enough!!Show lessMikandJ

I’d been using another photo book app for years to make annual family photo books and found it cumbersome to use and expensive (very expensive!). I was thrilled to discover Once Upon. It’s interface is incredibly user friendly and easy, editing the design is seamless, and the whole process to create a photo book took a fraction of the time (and frustration) of the other app. Plus, Once Upon is much more affordable. Easy to use app. I like that the fonts and layouts are standard so there is consistency across books. The print and book quality is really nice and delivery is relatively quick.
The only improvements that I would like to see are:
- Ability to have text and and images on the same page
- The connection to Google Photos is great, but seems to drop out if I close my tablet and then come back to it later.Show lessMishimum

I love the design of the app and am using it to make a coffee table photo album for my friends. It is very easy to use, however I am hoping there will be an option to allow the app to rotate between landscape and portrait because on an iPad, it is much easier to use with a keyboard when an app can be rotated to landscape. This is an easy to use app except for a significant issue, it crops images and doesn’t allow resizing. I take a lot of portrait orientation images, then edit, before outputting the ones I like. I leave enough room around edges in case want to add border. This app crops that space I leave and more, resulting in a lot of my images looking awful. Hoping this can be fixed in future updates. In it’s current state, I can’t use the app. Also would like the app to be able to be used in landscape mode.Show lessSacha_C

I really wanted to like this app but I didn’t get past the first page. I uploaded an image and was told that it was going to be pixelated so I deleted that pic from the title page and my pics and uploaded the original pic to my photos that was bigger. This app will not recognize that the new pic was added to my photos. I even deleted the app for several days and then reinstalled it and it STILL won’t acknowledge the pic. This type of photo album was exactly what I was looking for but I can’t use it bc it won’t acknowledge most of my pics. Please tell me when this is fixed bc I still want to use this app.Show lessEllie May Mae
