Not displaying my paystubs.
It has worked fine in the past but for the past few days it is only displaying a blank page when I select to view my adp pay stubs/w2s. And I have no idea how to contact anyone to get this looked into or resolved.TATTEDandEMPLOYED

Stuck on a page
I can’t seem to enter any value into the box for the HSA section when I try to enroll. It’s like it’s an image on the page.Kay Stark
Terrible App
Both the app and website are difficult to navigate. Poor response from support team with unclear directions on what steps need to be done to resolve my issue and they closed the work order before I was even able to complete anything. Stay away.jpclark3
Important info
1. It doesn’t show policy number for TM’s
2. It doesn’t show up to date process for new members
3. It need to show phone numbers so people can call and ask questions about their policies. Shouldn’t have to hunt or search thru extras!
4. Chat line have lack of knowledge on simple questions to assist people.
5. Don’t take this personal. I’m responding to a request that was sent to me asking how I feel.

Cannot access
I do not understand all the good reviews. I have not been able to access the app since I first downloaded it. It won’t accept any of my log in information. It never sends me a code to reset things. I literally cannot use the app. It’s terrible.ReneeB459
Not working AT ALL!
The app completely stopped working! Deleted and reinstalled. Still doesn’t work. Requested a new access code to try and get back in and NOTHING!!LJM465
