Nobody at work can login to their account so we can’t see our w-2 or paychecks or hours
App didn't work
I couldn't log in to the app, no matter how many times I tried. I didn't see any messages of errors. After I verify/enter/put my username and password to sign in. It was nothing. And frozen, I had to restart so many time but the app wouldn't work. I don't know how I could order my medical and dental card. After I chose plans through alight - I think it was a third party of company website.

No Policy Number, No Email Option
The only option to communicate is to call each individual provider. There’s no in app email option. I have called and emailed several times in the past few months so that I could be prepared and have my insurance policy number ready for an optometry visit, and still I have not received my insurance card. Am I to call each individual provider for my employee benefits to request a separate card? Overall this app has been unhelpful, I can’t even see my username. This app needs major improvements to be effective.

What’s the point
Half of the links that are provided just send me to a page with a phone number. What’s the point of having the app if I still have to call to get the information that’s suppose to be provided.. half a** app.

Smart Ben could be smarter
To enroll it was great. Very user friendly however once enrolled I didn’t see anywhere that I had insurance/ was actually enrolled. I only got a medical card in the mail and when I called the dental insurance company listed on the app they said they didn’t have me registered. I think once enrolled the app should also include the corresponding member numbers or have some sort of confirmation that enrollment is successful and that the benefits are now in effect.
