Destroy a good app
Not sure what they were thinking, the app use to displayed useful information right in the app, the new version just has basic information about the company's benefits, and to get more details, it forces you to log into the benefits website within the app, and their web interface is worse than just using safari. At this point you're just better off going to your benefit website than using this app with all its wasted white space.
All the positive reviews are from years ago and long before the new icon they praised that came with the new version.

Download Paycheck
The Download Paycheck function does not work in app. It works fine in browser, but not the iPhone app.
Access to Telemedicine Doctor!
So happy my employer gives us SmartBen NOW for our benefits. It has one click to a virtual doctor visit and my coverage details. My son, who lives near his college, has symptoms and was able to quickly speak to a provider and get advice without risk of spreading a virus. That was a relief. Thank you!

Login error
I can log in on my desktop/ laptop but not the app. Tried requesting a code even and does not work.

Great app! Love the new update!
This app was already great, but the new update makes it even better. The dashboard information is a lot easier to read, and I really love the PIN authentication for logging in instead of having to remember my username and password. I also love the My Cards feature, that allows me to take pictures of any of my insurance cards and store the images in the app, which is super convenient...I don't have to dig through my wallet to locate a card anymore. And you are not limited to just storing health, dental, vision, etc. cards...I was able to add an image of my car insurance card too. I'm very glad my company is providing the opportunity for employees to use this app!

Love seeing my benefits info all in one place
This app is great for seeing real time info about my employer benefit plans. Current 401k balance, number of PTO days used/remaining, current medical deductible ... all the important stuff I need to know but can never find on the different administrator websites with different passwords. Plus, the drug cost search is amazing! I found out I can get one of my prescriptions WAY cheaper at a pharmacy that’s only a couple miles from where I typically have them filled. Love the company messages from my employer letting me know about special activities and events only offered to employees with this app.

App doesn’t work.
First time using the mobile app...can sign into the desktop site and I have a profile, but I get “no record found on server” when using the mobile app.
