Easy to follow app easy to get in and out of my only concern was details of my address were incorrect and there was no clear answer about how to get that corrected

Medicine link does not work
I like Smart Ben but every time I try to use the envision RX it will not bring it up. The link has not worked since day one that’s why I gave it only two stars
Can’t get in
Been trying to get logged in for a year now and it never works. Just spins and error out. Can get in on a computer yet never on this app.

Hate this app
It is nowhere near useful enough to justify what a pain it is. It forgets my log on info every time!
Not working
I have a code to enter. I enter the code and I’ve checked it twice then I am prompted for a birthdate in the order of month day year. A set of scrawling windows appears at the bottom of the page and I select 14 February 1954 because my phone is set to do day month year As a preference. Then the app tells me my credentials are invalid. The programmers need to check the fields that the phone is sending on and not just take the rote numbers
