MyPUC Manual Maintenance update does not work
I have had MyToro myPUC for almost two years. I was able to install and get it to work for synching my weekly cutting usage with it. It logs time and date.
However, I cannot get the manual maintenance option to work. As such I cannot document my oil changes, spark plug change, filter change, etc. I have contacted Toro many times and received no help. All they do is refer me to my owners manual which has nothing to do with the PUC and/or tell me to take my entire mower to my local dealer. This is very disappointing and poor customer service.

New toro app
I just bought my torso push mower today so far the app has been easy to use and negative. I like the idea that you can keep up with your mowers hours and maintenance on a app and what videos I saw it works great with a pic which I plan to buy.
Don’t buy a Toro in Canada
The app doesn’t work in Canada so no warranty registration.

I recommend Toro to everyone. I had one from 1998 and the motor recently blew up. Nothing had a 24 lifetime 24 years. That thing worked amazing. Never had a problemI was toro reading this. This app is 100% good. It keeps track of the hours and everything. I’m a landscaper and I don’t have time to check any of the stuff on the lawnmower and the app just tells me what needs to be done. Saves me time

Frustrated
I am frustrated it only allowed United States guys to register for warranty, so they why they could sell the items here in CANADA 🇨🇦
30” time master
Mowed three times and blade does not keep turning. It makes a lot of noise and blade cuts intermittently. I’ve always owned Toro so I decided to spend $1600 and buy a bigger walk behind. This mower just makes noise for all the neighbors to here. It sounds like a seal. Toro customer service says to load up and drive 40 miles to another town and maybe it’s warranty after three mowings. Toro’s customer service is terrible and doesn’t care about customer loyalty. I know some Lowe’s Executives and going to the local TV networks about Toro and their poor customer care and defective products.

Really? No Canadians allowed???
Really frustrating when it won’t allow Canadian users to register. It even found my address in Canada and asks for a postal code but only allows United States for the country.
I want this to work
First off, takes 2+ minutes to refresh the home page every time I open the app before I can do anything.
I love the idea of the PUC enabling efficient notifications and reminders for scheduled maintenance. The notification flags cannot be cleared or removed, they only keep increasing. I now have 5 recommended notifications maintenance which I completed 13 months ago.
Each maintenance record can only include one activity, so if you inspect the blades, sharpen blades, clean the deck and adjust the drive the only way to document all of those activities (all standard options in the drop down) are to create four separate service entries, logging the date each time. If I own this as long as my last mower, the service record will be 100 pages in this format and extremely difficult to navigate and actually use. I love databases, this interface is extremely clunky.

Terrible app
If your warranty registration requires the use of an application that doesn’t work in Canada then you shouldn’t sell your products here. Stay home or expand completely.
