I booked a taxi for 20:00, then the operator called me back 10 minutes before boarding the taxi and said that the taxi would be 30 minutes later

Ripoff merchants
I booked through the app and was overcharged double the fare. They refused to even talk about it. Seriously don’t use this app or company.

I have to write this review to let people know just how excellent Thame Taxis are. I am disabled and on moving to Thame needed a Taxi Service to help me with essential trips that I was unable to make myself due to my situation. A couple of local firms were most unhelpful
then I found Thame Taxis. From my first call to them I found Jay,who answers the phone,extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and no request was too small. I was made to feel that I mattered and the drivers are always on time very courteous and very happy to help. I’m sure they are not going to get rich on my little journeys but that doesn’t seem to matter to them at all. I seem to usually get a driver named Kevin who is polite,always on time and nothing is too much trouble . In a nutshell Thame Taxis is the perfect taxi company. Always on time, always courteous,excellent on prices. In fact they are a reliable excellent Taxi Company and I can’t recommend them highly enough Thank you Thame Taxis !!!!

Used this taxi service recently on a trip to London and will definable use them again and recommend them to anyone. If your looking for a reliable service, helpful and friendly drivers who are on time with brilliant communication to ensure your trip runs to plan than these guys definitely get my 5 stars, awesome service you'd be mad not to use them.

Not a great first impression.
Sent through a confirmation text with the wrong time on it (30 minutes earlier than I had booked) so had to call and amend... and then turned up 20 minutes late (even though it was booked 5 hours before it was required) after calling twice and then tried to charge more than quoted.
