Very useful tool

Great app to keep your shift planning in your pocket. Very intuitive interface, responsive and fast. Like this and would recommend!

Everything in one place

All my schedule, shifts, contacts, and other pertinent info is available at my fingertips! Everything I need to juggle two jobs (full time and part time) and no extraneous nonsense. Excellent for a computer noob/dinosaur like me. All laid out complete with contact button for a schedule conflict or to pick up a shift. Two thumbs way up

Not happy ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ก

This is the app that is used to schedule your work hours. I wasnโ€™t at home to do this from my computer and this app didnโ€™t even show hours to pickup from my phone to where I missed scheduling hours. Because Thursday is where you schedule hours for weeks to come.

Great for Scheduling

I love it, it gives you alerts before your shift and also shows you who else is working during your shift. The only thing that I donโ€™t like is the notification you get about your shift changing. I kept worrying that my shift changed to a different time but then realized the thing that changed was different people were working during my shift. If it showed something like a symbol of a person for when someone is added/taken away from your shift and a clock for a time change that would be amazing. Overall wonderful app

Canโ€™t log in

Canโ€™t log in put my user name and password in press log in goes to the next screen and instantly says logging out and keeps doing that when I try logging in

Excellent app for work scheduling

I really enjoy this app because it has a setting to where it alerts you 24 hours before your next shift, 12 hours before the next shift, and continues on up to an hour before youโ€™ll need to be at work. My job is very physically demanding and this app eliminates any need to load my alarm clock with alerts which means more time to sleep/ rest in between shifts. I recommend this app to any employer / employee as it eliminates any excessive stress due to scheduling changes and eases the entire work scheduling process. Also the ability to sacrifice or pick up a shift is very helpful, you can send a message to any coworkers via the app if you might need to swap shifts due to personal reasons/ unforeseen circumstances.

Quick and easy

This app serves me in multiple ways but the one way I really get the most from it is instant view of where and when Iโ€™m working.
My work assignment verses from day to day and the Humanity app is right there on top of it to let me know when and where Iโ€™ll be working each day. Quick and easy.

Needs notification times fixed

Great app overall, but has never have me accurate updates. It notifies me I have shifts starting in 60min when in reality they start in 8hrs. It also reminds me I have shifts starting in 24hrs when it's actually, usually more than that. When anyone in the staff posts to the board, I won't get notified until almost a half day later and when it does notify me instantly, the time on the post will be completely different from my actual local time.

Message problems

Not able to see some messages and canโ€™t reply to them

Response from developer

Hi there. In this case, we can't check the specific settings for your organization, but we assume that your employer might have turned off the "Employees can reply to received messages" setting. Also, the mobile app can only show up to 50 messages, which is why you may not be able to see some of them. Please use the web app to see all messages.

New update is terrible

I have been using this app for work for the last 10 months with little issue until the most recent update. They are saying my device has been detected as โ€œjailbrokenโ€ when it certainly isnโ€™t. I contacted support who told me they cannot resolve this issue.

Update: the newest software update did fix the issue and customer support reached out.
