Doesn’t work for Pocatello Women’s Correction Facility
Only problems. Credit card good, addresses match. System says credit card no good. Reentered several times, different days & it won’t accept my Visa card. 😩
I am disabled senior and cannot get out to find the other option location, etc. & and no address listed on website to send my sister money.
I have called several times & agent was not able to accept or process my deposit.

I never had any issues then in the past month I have had nothing but problems. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes then was hung up on. I chatted with customer service representative and she would not help me. I do not understand why I cannot use my debit card more than one time. I have followed the rules no more than 300. A day etc. it seems like 300 limit per week. I really wish there was a different option. Because lately Access has been awful.Show lessBeliever ><>

I just downloaded the app and it’s not keeping me verify my phone number I have tried it over and over and for about 30 minutes and still NOTHING!!!!Clifton/Kirkpatrick
Wont even let me set an account
I’m trying to send money to my brother in Tarrant county, but when I try to make an account it says my account cannot be verified but I put every piece of information correct and still won’t let me. I try having my wife try with her information and still the same. Fix the beginning of trying to make an account.Show lessmoralesjboy

Fix the bug! Since the update I have to call to make a deposit because they app is not functioning properly. Find another option for us to deposit funds other than us giving our full card info to your representatives.quarantineVID192020
Difficult
It has taken a good part of my day to sign up and send money to a friend in jail. I finally got it done. Then I tried to send a message through the app. It makes me go to another part of the site and register all over again but it won’t accept it because it doesn’t think I know my own address. I’ve had three agents trying to guide me to no avail. The site even suggests a different version of my address but it won’t even accept its own suggestion. Complete trash
Your app and website are both trash. You take in millions of dollars in funding but can’t even develop a website or app that can tell the difference between a whole in the ground and it’s a**. Absolutely stupid and a waste of tax payer money!!!ijusdontcareaboutliars
Do not use app to apply payments
Last 2 weeks I made payments to my sons account. The payment goes thru my credit card as pending but never gets applied. If I use the website on my laptop it works fine but now I’m double billed. Something is wrong with the app. Tried support and the page freezes. May I suggest removing the deposit option until you can fix it? Clearly I’m not the only one with the issue.Show lessFlooriswet
Horrible app don't waste your time
I've spent about six hours and I haven't been able to do one transaction without an error I noticed that it keeps removing my street address as soon as I try and put the payment through. Yesterday I got locked out for 24 hours long hold time for customer service and you can't do anything else but stare at your phone or you lose the connection. And this afternoon it made me start over with a whole new account I'm done tearing my hair out. Very stressful on the inmate and the family when they need these funds. I set up a account with asscess correction and worked good then I moved and change the billing address at my bank and now I can’t make a deposit on a account because my address doesn’t match the billing address for my card so now I’m forced to pay 9.00 dollars for a deposit and call in because it’s their fault I can’t change my address what a rip offShow lessb/holland
