Trash app and service
Why provide a service that does not do the one thing it’s intended to do. Downloaded this mess of an app obviously add funds, but guess what it doesn’t allow you to do? Add any form of payment or payable account info when you register.
Add a function to input credit card info or something or fix the app in a soon update please. Terrible app and service, it’s a jokeShow lessthisappcanduckit
Dispute charges on wrong person
How can you be charged for a dispute when you have never disputed a charge? I told them are you sure you have the right account? Looked at my bank account DONT HAVE A DISPUTE CHARGE??!!!Gmaweed

Not are good App
Certainly have to enter my information each time , it also charged my Bank card 6 times after the app said there was an error on my card but yet still charged me for it!Marie Mack
Messaging
This app needs to catch up to ones like jpay GTL and coorlinks and allow us to message our loved ones FROM the APP. Being forced to go to the Internet browser is frustrating and a hot mess.hmoodis
Worst policy
The customer service is terrible. I spent over an hour on the phone talking to several different people saying they can’t do anything. My credit card was charged twice for the same amount & they only response I was given was “no refunds. That’s our policy.” This company just wants to STEAL your moneyShow lessL.laugh
Waste of money
I bought 20$ of credits for secure mail and it said the ap worked with my iPhone but that’s not true so I basically wasted 20$ thinking I could send mail through the ap. That should be a crime punishable with incarceration so that the developer could see how it feels to wait on mail that never comes and then maybe they might spend some time on the ap so that it would do what it’s supposed to do!Show lesscAndycindee
Pointless to download app.
Like the title says. It’s pointless to download the app. As soon as you open it it send you to the site via website. So why download the app if I can just go trough my web browser myself. I’m deleting the app and still giving it a bad review.Alex_vr1
Easier than GettingOut but...
1) why have an app if it only takes us to the web?
2) so many "invalid character" issues that it takes hours to send a
letter.
3) unhelpful customer service
4) have a mobile app and customer service says you can not use a
mobile device - you must use a computer! Huh? That doesn’t
even make sense!
For these reasons I find this app, along with GettingOut (no relation that I’m aware of), of little help.
I’d welcome a response from someone not on their way to Oz for a brain!

never had any problems besides how annoying it is having to type out all my card info each time. I wish the card payments were saved and the login so i didn't also have to login in each timetaylorandjax
