I’ve been reading the reviews and it seems there is a common thread in many of them which it’s taken 2 days for a response. Of course it is, it says it right there when you submit a question. I don’t think it’s fair to downrate an app based on the user not paying attention to (or just not caring) what was right in front of them. If my question get answered in the window, then I will up the app to the 5 stars.
