Lifesaver!!
I am so incredibly grateful for Planned Parenthood and for Planned Parenthood direct! My old doctor had not approved my new birth control prescription and I had one day to get back on it before my period was all out of whack… Thankfully Planned Parenthood direct got me a video chat appointment with one of their providers for the very next day, and she was able to fill my prescription for a year supply at my local pharmacy within minutes! services like these are so important and I am just thankful that there are cost efficient resources such as this one available for people 💕Show lessJustinBiebz2957
Convenient
The only thing that’s frustrating is that they default to a 90 day supply prescription. I even put in the notes of my request that I want it to be a 1 month at a time prescription and they missed that this time. Would be nice if they could add in a question like “Do you want 30 days or 90 days?” Luckily it’s easy to contact them and they can rewrite it. But so far it’s taken an extra 3 days to get this prescription because they didn’t read my notes and wrote it wrong the first time and even though they re-sent it, the wrong version of the prescription keeps getting filled. Really bad bugs with payment
The process of getting UTI medication was simple enough, however the app somehow autofilled an old billing address and everytime I tried to update to my current billing address, the app would show the same message “Billing address doesn’t match your bank account”. It seems like there’s a bug with changing the billing info, which glitches out and reverts back to the old info only AFTER I submit the payment. Thus, I’ve been charged around 5 times and only refunded 3 times… Hopefully the rest is refunded soon. Can’t continue my payment because it won’t save the updated billing address, so I’ll have to find something else.Show lesscadence__s
Amazingly Fast Sevice
I moved states and was having trouble finding a provider to refill my subscription. I tried to get a refill from Nurx for an entire month and didn’t get my meds, so I decided to try PP Direct. I submitted my request at 10pm and eight hours later the prescription was approved and sent to my pharmacy! I can’t use insurance with the app in my state at this time, but the birth control was free at the pharmacy with my insurance. I will definitely use the app again if I find myself in a similar situation.Show lessEriEri<3

I almost never leave bad reviews because I know all too well what it’s like, but I’m sitting here flabbergasted.
I’ve been going through Nurx, who actually takes my insurance for my birth control. PP advertises to stop your period for $40 more than what I already pay, so I decided to sign up to see if I could switch and they could stop mine because I’ve had billing issues with Nurx in the past.
Before I could get any of my questions answered by the NP, though, she went right ahead and immediately filled a prescription while I was still typing a question. I quickly deleted what I was typing to try to request them to wait to let me ask my question upon seeing the “We filled the prescription, thanks for choosing Planned Parenthood!” message, but it was too late. I was not interested in the more invasive BC options that they suggested, so I was just going to go ahead and cancel my inquiry and account, but now I’m $75 out for nothing.
It’s unfortunate because I’ve always thought so highly of PP until today. I’ll still support their message, but this dented my belief in them. I don’t recommend this line of business.
**Update: Thankfully, I’ve been refunded. I don’t like how they quickly just take your money and don’t let you ask questions, but the refund was given fast. I say just be careful and make sure they know up front that you’re just inquiring before they start up a whole new prescription.Show lessxbreela
Super helpful
I was having the hardest time getting a new prescription for my birth control because I lost my health insurance and couldn’t afford to see an OBGYN. I tried other places like heyfavor (the pill club) and K health and goodrx. None of which would help me or were just too expensive. I was so upset and frustrated thinking I wouldn’t be able to get my birth control but my friend suggested I try planned parenthood. I paid 25 dollars on the app for a certified clinician to review my case and the next day I had a birth control prescription ready for pick up and am good for the next year. I am so happy and so grateful to planned parenthood and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who needs birth control.Show lessmerlinyyyy

I needed contraception for my daughter. We looked at different places to take her and found planned parenthood. I couldn’t believe how easy it was! You just need a student id or driver’s license and insurance card or you can pay cash. They are shipping it right to our door.I feel much better knowing she’s protected from unwanted pregnancy and she can talk to me about these things. I was a teen mom and I wish these places existed when I was young. It’s a great resource for teens who need a place to turn. It’s also nice she didn’t have to have an actual pelvic exam. So simple and efficient!
I have been on birth control for almost 10 years and my GP recently went into private practice so I stopped seeing her regularly as the fee was very expensive even with insurance. My prescription ran out and instead of paying a hefty amount for a quick visit at her private practice just to have a prescription written, I was directed to this app and wow! What a pleasant experience. I filled out my info and preferred prescription and minutes later I received a response from a NP offering me prescription choices nearly identical to my usual pill (they didn’t carry my exact Rx). I felt so supported and appreciated that so much! I was able to choose a prescription and she filled it right away. Having it mailed to my house is absolutely amazing. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! I started a new job and do not have health insurance for another month and only had a week left of birth control but needed to see my doctor to renew my prescription but cannot afford to pay hundreds out of pocket for a doctor’s appointment that would only be 5 minutes… anyway, I remembered having good experiences in the past with getting birth control from Planned Parenthood so I found this app and it was very user friendly and I received a reply from one of their providers within 1 business day! login issues
since the new update I have tried logging in with an account already had with you guys and I tried creating two new accounts with my boyfriends email and one of the emails that I had just made and every time I try to login it says that my accounts already in use and I cannot use that email or the information is correct I’m not sure why this is happening but I obviously need to get into my account I’m so sad that this happened because this has been a really great app for me so disappointed that this is happening. WORST APP EVER I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT! this is ridiculous the amount of times i’ve tried to login and create new accounts it won’t let me doing anything!
