We do all of our shopping at Von Maur now. Great products and FANTASTIC customer service. What all stores should be like. Or perhaps USED to be like. We’ve now visited 3 VonMaur stores and we think that they’re all great.PDigwig

I have been a customer for years. Beauty. Reliable, Fashionable, Timeless and their Louisville employees are amazing, professional and so nice. Online has also never been a problem. I have gems⚙️ in my closet from shopping at Von Maur. Oh and Christmas at Von Maur - only place I shop . Plus the site is decorated beautifully 🌲. Complement’s on everything thing I have bought there .VonMaur is great for kids,, mens clothes, that perfect outfit for an event , it’s not a sore but experience.
lBest shoes -and don’t forget to check out shoe room. End of season 👢👠👡🩴🥾👟.

My husband and I needed wedding clothes for a relative’s wedding, but we had just moved. Three days before the wedding we realized we couldn’t find our dress clothes and needed to buy new ones! I absolutely love the Von Maur app. It is so easy to shop on the app; it is easy to find what you are looking for. The only thing I am unsure I truly like is how selecting items for a wrapped package. I often get stuck on this step.
