This app is extreme difficult to even create an account with, even though I already have an on line account. Navigation and screen response omission horrible. I will not use this.AnyBananny
Can’t even login
This app is really bad. Maybe it’s better once you get in but I can’t even do that. The keyboard covers the fields you try to type in so I can’t see what I’m typing. That is a programming issue. Being generous with the two stars.Molloyda11
Keyboard covers login text inputs
I had to delete this app because it frustrated me so much. HIRE UX DESIGNERS!! If you already have them, LISTEN TO THEM. If they can’t figure out that the login screen needs to support a native keyboard, FIRE THEM! Your company has serious user experience flaws between this app and the website. That is NOT on brand for Von Maur, a company who goes above and beyond for the experience of customers. Your users are your customers. DO BETTER.Show lessiletitshine
Good App
Good App for Vonmaur i am so glad to have quick access without having to login to computer or use mobile website. Only complaint is the Touch ID works sporadically. I also with it was integrated with your website so you can shop and access your account in one app just like Nordstrom, and Target does in their cards. I do most of my bill payments on my phone and it was frustrating to not be able to pay my Von Maur bill in the same way. The wait was worth it! Great app! I agree with another reviewer -- please upgrade your website to match this great app.fjdkaoej
Great Improvement Over Antiquated Website!!
What an improvement over the website!! I'm a loyal fan of Von Maur. I grew up with the brand, enjoyed the pleasure of finding store locations in other cities where I have resided (Minneapolis and Atlanta) and even had them as a client at one stage in my career. Their customer service always goes above and beyond which keeps me coming back. My only recurring complaint has been their website, most notably their bill pay and card management. I recently experienced a situation where I learned that if you make a one time payment on your credit card, the Autopay feature on your account is disconnected. This lead to additional issues of a late payment which was exasperated by the website being cumbersome to locate information as well as often times not reflecting my correct account balance. The only saving grace was the excellent customer service I received when I reported the issue over the phone otherwise I would have cut up my card. The app is a wonderful upgrade and so easy to use! Whoever designed it did a great job and you should strongly consider having them revitalize and upgrade your website. It needs improvement so thank goodness for this app!!Show lessSara7133
