Wonderful store, not so great of an app
The app does not allow me to login with my login information however I’m able to log in to the desktop site. Makes no sense, they are the same. Also, the app tells you to call a number to update login info…. Very outdated.Sevenspine

Thank you for your feedback. The mobile app and desktop do require the same password. Try resetting your password on the desktop, then use those credentials to log in to the app. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service.Great payment App!

What’s going on?
This is how I pay my bill every month and now it won’t let me log in. Tells me I have the wrong email/password but if I go online and use the same email/password it lets me log in.Aqua the Doll
Not user intuitive
I have to login every time I use it. And my biometrics does not seem to work with the app.Bj353

For such a business the mobile app is pretty basic. Also, all on both the laptop and mobile version I received 3 confirmations but nothing for my payment!?Hecau
Why does this app even exist?
It’s 2021 - come on Von Maur, your app should have way more functionality. I’m a loyal von Maur shopper and I expect better - allowing to shop, have favorites, and purchase…this app is uselesssfullarton

Love the store, horribly dissatisfied with app/website
It seems like they created an app to appease the public, but have not kept up with current times in functions or allowing their true customers to be able to access the things we love...shopping with ease! I LOVE shopping in the store! However, there is no connection to the website and app whatsoever, and they should be completely connected! I should be able to store my gift cards on the app and then be able to access AND USE THEM from the app, however that does not seem to be allowed! Get It Together Von Maur! Needs work
I typically love this when in the store because I don’t have to carry my card. Lately, however, the app has stopped working. My user ID and password work on the website but not on the app. Please fix this. Thanksgtripp3
Buggy
Can't see the password box when typing in my password jut to start using this app...rendering it basically unusable. I pay my bill almost exclusively online and was looking forward having mobile access to do so, but this is disappointing and very frustrating, not up to VM standards. Hopefully it will be fixed sometime soon.Show lessSTG1026
