    I’ve loved Von Maur for many years. Such a great store to shop at. Can always find what your looking for. Of course the interest free cc is a huge perk.

    VonMaur is the only store I shop in. Love the interest free, the selections, and the quality of the merchandise.
  • Processing Fees

    Am disappointed to see many $3.00 “processing fees” being added onto sale merchandise. Originally these were for items discounted over 50% but now are being added even if the discount is less than 50%. I noticed a few items where the sale price plus the processing fee exceeded the original price! I wish Von Maur would waive the processing fees if one were to purchase a certain amount of goods such as $35 or $50. It would be a win-win: Von Maur would sell more and the customer would avoid these irritating add-on fees.

    The processing fee is only added to ship deeply discounted items from our website; there are no fees when you select store pickup. We offer thousands of full price and sale items that do not incur any fees. We appreciate your feedback!
  • Called in to get my app fixed

    Talk to the nicest lady in the world she stayed on the phone when I got everything covered. Then I was able to pay through the app and it was great!

  • You can’t log in

    For over a year I have tried to log in and continue to receive the message my password is wrong. It’s the same password that works to login on my laptop. I have even gone above and beyond as to change the password several times and try to login in the app afterwards (anywhere between a few minutes to several days later), only to receive the same wrong password prompt.

    Thank you for your feedback. We released an update in February that resolved some log in issues. Your credentials should be the same using any device. On mobile, make sure you have tried typing in your password instead of using a saved one. If you still cannot log in, please contact Customer Service at 877-866-6287.
