Won’t let me sign in
At first this app worked perfectly for me and my fiancé ! Soon after it wouldn’t let me sign in. Saying that there is no account matching my email address ! But when I put it in my browser the website works perfectly with my password. Please fix this! I get married in 2 weeks and want to track my gifts!!!

Terrible app. Won’t allow you to log in
I haven’t been able to log in to the app, but can log into the website with no problem
Password error
The app will not let you log in even with correct credentials. Customer service was hilariously inadequate, essentially telling me to just use the website.

Disappointed, can't even log in
At first I was excited to try and use this app. I was not even able to log in to the app at all which was disappointing. I even had to change my password several times thinking I typed it in wrong. It still did not recognize me even as an account user. Sad to say I won't be using this app or the registry service from here.

Will not let you log in
Don't use the app, use the mobile website. It's your best bet. Login information works fine with the mobile website but not the app. Will be removing this app from my phone.
Far behind other registry apps
The Pottery Barn registry app is a pathetic excuse for an app. You cannot add items to your registry via the app, you can only remove. Currently, I am unable to login with my same information as always. My login works on the website, but after 6 months of using the app, no longer works. More headache than it’s worth!

Minimal Functionality
You can't add items to the registry online with this app. It's for in-store scanning and editing pre-existing registry items only.
