Horrible
App wouldnโt process my accurate log in info. Thatโs after it was impossible to find just the PB section (only showed WE, PBK and WS)
Needs Auto login but love app
Only complaint is that it doesnโt keep you automatically logged into the app!
Awful
Does everything youโd think a registry app SHOULDN'T do. Edit quantities of items? No. Remember log in? No. Easily add items? No.
Not very useful
Two stars because itโs still easier to use in some ways than the full website; but itโs not a good registry app. You have to log in each time. It seems more focused on the in store experience.
I second it - not worth the time
After having chosen both Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel for a wedding registry, hands down I recommend you go with C&B.
The app is a glorified web page, does not remember your credentials, and my wedding guests purchased gifts that did not get recognized as purchased.
AND the return process is not easy. Any online purchases (the vast majority) are all returned via USPS mail in SEPARATE gift cards. And any returns in store are also SEPARATE gift cards that CAN NOT be combined. Tedious and time consuming.

Not worth the time and effort
App looks like a glorified wrapper for the mobile version of their website and it fails even at that. No option to remember login info (not even user ID) between sessions. I guess you could call it a security feature.
Main reason I got the app was to manage a registry and after adding several items on a PC and then switching over to mobile app items did not show up. Had to log off completely to get them to eventually show.
Initially couldnโt even add items to registry but I guess they have since added that feature. In my frustration I ended up using Bed Bath and Beyond mostly for registry items.
Had I used the app further, Iโm sure I would have more to say. My advice is wait till they have a more worthy app version.

Deleting
The updates to this and the WIlliams Sonoma app are a step in the wrong direction. The website and the app never really worked well together or reflected the same information but now the app looks just like the website - homepage with countdown and number of items purchased are gone and I have to login every time I open the app, which was one of the few benefits to the app previously (no login). I will be deleting.

Disappointed
At first I was super excited because I thought I would be able to register online on my phone through the app. But that is not the case at all! Basically it is a scanning gun for your phone when youโre in store. Wish there was a search option to be able to just register out of store.
Full catalog not available
I can login and navigate the app just fine, but it looks like the app is only designed for registering in-store. It would be way more useful if the registry app integrated with the full online catalog so you could add items while browsing virtually.
Can get on at least
Login issue has been fixed. Wish there was more functionality to add items.
