Worst Airlines ever
This is my worst Airlines experience ever, they changed my flight layover from 1 hour to 15 hours, we asked for hotel voucher they didn't give, and luggage got missing , it's 8 days, still didn't get my luggage, luckily I got airtags and it shows it's still in Malaysia airport , but I didn't receive my luggage even after 8 days. Worst Airlines !

Poor App
Very poor connection/loading all the time when trying to look at trips and booking flights. It keeps saying “It is taking longer than usual “. The on problem being that it says that ALL THE TIME, which makes it usual. Get your technology geeks onto it. It’s only been like that for about 6 mobths

I use the MH App a lot to book flights, make changes and add extras like seats or meals and never have any issues. So easy to use.
More iOS integration please
This app has improved mainly but still a little clunky. Would be great to have some more iOS integration such as ability to add Enrich card to Apple Wallet please! Thank you!!
App on-par, but…?
The app worked fine. However, after seeing reviews citing dirtiest airline, no welcome drink & bad food & poor meal presents & no entertainment system in Business Class, very worried about upcoming BKK-KUL return flight on Business Class
Apps not working properly
Couldn’t access the ticket purchase section. Everytimes type in country or select country , error message came out.
Bug in the select drop-down of departure and arrival
There is a huge bug in the drop down of the departure and arrival. Not able to type any city or country. It just has numbers. Please look into it ASAP.
Fairly hopeless app
My itinerary shows my name and booking number and invites me to check in on the screen. I tick that and somehow I have to enter my booking number and last name to check in! I do that and the error comes up “booking unknown “. I then enter the ticket number with the same results!!!! My ticket shows flight departure 7:00. The app shows 6:30 even after I have checked in at the airport and the flight has been rescheduled to 7:30 about 30’ ago. Considering Malaysian Airlines well known record, it does not give you much confidence in the airline.
