Surprisingly found that this app has 4.8. It is not for that good
Last update makes it not as useful
Until the last update, I could see recent transactions. Now it takes you to a screen that tells you to click for recent transactions but it only takes you to statements so it seems you now have to wait for a statement to close to see the transactions which is ridiculous. I hope they fix the last fix soon.

Log in issue
I spoke to Anna on my login issue and she was very helpful, I had another issue to take care off while I was on, this was no problem for her to sort.

Slow and unfriendly
Takes forever (minutes) to load recent transactions and previous statements. Always pesters with a security question to open the app. Needlessly have to select a credit card account when you have only one card.

The app design is so lacking.
crashes on activating card
I received a replacement citi card fotr my expired card. Instructions with QR code on a sticker on this card said to download the app to activate the card, so I downloaded it. iPhone SE 2, iOS 17.3.1. I logged into the app and attempted to activate the new card. Whenever I successfully entered the last digit of the three-digit CCV code this app would freeze with a white screen. Killed app, relaunched —- repeatedly — same result each tine. This app is junk, I can’t activate my card, and it crashes.
Eventually I logged into the web interface to activate my card. The app is a waste of time and I do not expect to be using it again.

No Apple Pay
Annoying this card doesn’t have Apple Pay
Almost pointless
You can’t pay your balance on the app unless in North America. What is the point of that? To view your balance but not be able to pay it considering you’re logged in to you account. A total waste of time unless you’re North America. I guess they’re the only customers that matters then.
Login Errors out
Doesn’t recognize password at times and issues with facial recognition.
Outside of those two items mentioned, the app is as smooth as it gets.

In a world where everything needs a password you need face id to work. It never works with this app
