App is wonderful!!

I travel a lot. I don’t always have access to a laptop so it’s nice to have the app on my phone and be able to pay through the app. it’s super convenient!

I can’t even log in

I cannot activate my card using the app so I called the telephone number. I go back to the app and now I new to log in. With what sign on info when creating a new account is not an option. Terrible! I guess I can delete it because I won’t be using the app at all.

Not as Good as Typical CC Apps

Used the app for a while, still haven’t seen any BIG improvements as it isn’t very user friendly. Would like to see more recent purchases in the view feed. Also, you can select to pay bill, but no due date is ever show? That part is the most annoying, when you don’t know if a payment from a third party went through or not, and can’t check the due date amount to verify.

Also, the app is currently unavailable. It lets me sign in, and only showing the top total amount owed, and Recent Activity and Statement tabs on the bottom. Proceeding to give me an error, frustrating.

Frustrating to use

I found the One-Time Password feature impossible to use on an iPhone 7. The terms and conditions are so long that the keyboard blocks the continue button. By the time the keyboard disappears, the password has timed out.
Also, they don’t have a usable way of submitting problem reports or enhancement suggestions, so every problem must be a public comment in the Apple App Store. Enhancements/problems should be accessible in the app.
