  • Hostaway is the BEST channel manager

    Please fix multi calendar! 🙏It was working before, when having to change pages to get to next set of properties. It crashes the app when trying to load all the properties at once. Also a place to send feedback within the IOS app would be nice!

  • Hostaway is great, app is pretty good

    Hostaway overall has a lot of functionality and great customer service. There are a few key pieces of functionality the mobile app is missing that I feel would make a huge improvement.

    -Add badge notifications to the Hostaway app. Currently the app presents banner and Notification Center alerts. Once these are dismissed, it is easy to forget that there are items within the Hostaway app that are yet to be addressed. Adding a badge notification next to the app icon would provide users visibility at a glance into the status of alerts within the platform.

    - Add the ability for users to view the name of each guest in the calendar view on the mobile app (similar to the web view version).

    -Add the ability to see the minimum night stay requirement in the calendar on the mobile app.

    -Add the ability to view reporting from the mobile app.

  • Parent and child listing issue

    The parent listing should not display the child listing reservation details but simply blocked.
  • Support

    Thank you to Jeff who gave very fast and easy to understand support. So good!
  • Integration

    Was sold stating that multiple app can be managed using Hostaway but not even able to manage Vrbo and booking.com, not sure where this 150 app is coming from? Ical export cannot be treated as integration.

    Support is poor, only email and response after a day or two.
  • Incredible Customer service, Jeff especially.

    Hostaway is growing just like all of us property managers and they have done an excellent job re-vamping their customer service. Jeff helped me out today and didn’t even miss a beat when I asked him a fairly complicated question. He also mentioned that no matter how small or insignificant a question, that he would be more than happy to help! Highly recommend.

  • Great App with Great Support

    Very pleased to have gone with Hostaway as my PMS. Very prompt and detailed responses from support whenever needed. Recently, Jeff helped clarify a misunderstanding by walking me through and troubleshooting the solution with screenshots and step by step action. Thanks Jeff and the rest of the Hostaway team!

  • Terrible customer service

    Before you sign up ask for their customer service phone number and see if anybody answers the phone. Try in the am and the pm. They don't provide customer service. Runaway.
  • Friendly customer service

    Shakira Mohammad was helpful and polite. I sure wish Hostaway would respond sooner though. Two weeks we were losing money with platform issues while we waited for someone to get back to us.
