I am new to Hostaway platform. So far, I am very happy with this channel manager. My main concern was the speedy support in case I have questions and the first time I called support with some questions regarding integration with some booking platforms I received an excellent support by Shakira. I was able to connect with a real person quickly and she assisted me in the most effective and knowledgeable manner.
