These devotionals are so beautiful! Not only are they visually gorgeous, but they are written in such a way that really speak to one’s heart. No matter what season people may be in, I really encourage getting this, as it’s a gentle and continuous reminder of God’s love. All the FEUL I need!!
This is honestly the first review I have ever written & if that doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what will! I have only had pocket fuel for a couple of days & I am in love with it! It is my favorite app!! They have the cutest wallpapers that I personally use as a daily motivation to send to my social media followers & the girls that I lead in a bible study! The devotions are spot on & not cliche at all!
I love how this app is opening a door for people to spend time with God even if it is just a few minutes out of your day! It is definitely my favorite part of the day!

Beautifully Written — Soul Touching
I have followed the Pocket Fuel team on Insta for a few months. Every time a post came across it was just a “YES, YES, YEEEESSSSS!!” I didn’t pay very good attention to the invitations to download the app and I was missing out! I just downloaded the app a couple of weeks ago and I have not been disappointed in the least.
I feel like they are inside my heart, soul, mind — hand picking for just me what I need to hear each day. I have already started downloading previous months subscriptions and I can’t get enough.

Disappointed.... Then so pleased!!!!
So I wrote a review about this app previously (that I still included below) that described my sadness when faced with an in app issue that I could not resolve. I am so happy to say that once I posted the review I was contacted by Jesse (and always by extension, Liz) who not only helped me correct my issue, but also kept my spirit full by providing me with the devotional I couldn’t access via email. I am so grateful for Liz and Jesse and this wonderful app. 🤗🤗🤗

I installed this app, loved the trial and purchased the app, something I never do, because information is literally free on the internet. Nevertheless, I purchased the PocketFuel app only to repeatedly be told that the devotional is unavailable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and tried restoring the purchases, after which I am told that there isn’t one associated with my account. This is untrue as it was immediately reflected in my iTunes Account balance. I’m super disappointed that I can’t use this app now and even more upset that it crashed immediately after I purchased it.Show lessAllBae

I normally don’t write reviews unless something stands out and I have to say, I love this app. So before I get into it, I want to start by offering an alternative thinking to the people who are discouraged about paying for the app.
Brothers and Sisters! The Pocket Fuel team is spending their time to develop, curate, create, and maintain this beautiful app. And for a dollar a month on the yearly subscription you are buying essentially a digital book that is being written before your eyes with 365 days of devotions that are written in a unique and loving way spreading truth and reminding our forgetful self of Gods love and our relationship with him. You wouldn’t go to a book store and demand free bibles or devotional books - people spend precious time to put those works together and we can at least honor them by paying a small price to support and encourage them. Secondly, regarding access to prior (archived) devotions, think of it this way. Those were precious books that were written. If you’ve ever read a book series, you’ve most liked had to pay for the books as they were released. It’s the same thing!
I love this app! I love the wall papers, I love the series and transitions and I love the message! Please never stop because I don’t think I can do any other devotional after Pocket Fuel! I’ve been following Liz and Jesse’s journey on Instagram for a while now after happily coming across it (or should I say being led to it 😉). Every single piece I’ve read has touched my heart in ways that truly don’t fit into words. These devotionals channel such warmth and understanding that I can’t help but be awestruck every time! Truly a gem to start or end each day with! The words here transcend limitations, beliefs, conditioning, and even their own words themselves.. Each ‘devotional’ takes you into a place within yourself that aids in your own journey and in your own healing; The Divine channels through. Multiple Breaths of Fresh Air
As a Christian who’s grown increasingly weary and intolerant of church cliches and ‘Christianese’, Pocketfuel provides multiple refreshing insights on the Christian journey. It’s a life giving oasis in the mindless wasteland that Instagram can often be sometimes.
My friend Jo Rosoman introduced me to the Practice Co (then Pocketfuel) Instagram page a few years back and I’m so glad she did!
In the midst of an unwelcome deconstruction, and ongoing reconstruction of my faith this account has been a little beacon of light encouraging me to stay the path. It’s raw and real and offers encouragement for life without cliches and delves into deeper meanings of the Hebrew Scriptures. I’m so grateful for Lizzy and Jess and their creation especially as I’m a Christian who has never been able to faithfully commit to daily devotionals!
