I have been with “Launch (“KFCFCU”) since 1989 always been there for all my banking needs even when I lived out of state😎👍App does not work at all
Ever since they delivered their big update the app has completely stopped working you can’t access anything without being directed to an infinite loading screen until the app ultimately crashes out really shameful seeing how the previous version worked perfectly.
UPDATE: Now once you somehow manage to get into the app as soon as it recognizes your Face ID it instantly crashes back to your Home Screen, so disappointedExceptional customer service
Every time I go into my launch branch great customer servicePoor notifications.
Can you guys please fix this issue. I’ve written a bunch of times already. Notifications do not pop up unless you click on the app. I’ve been to a local branch already and verified all notification toggles are in properly.
Notifications such as when a transaction is made, only shows when you click the app. Only then do you get banner notifications on the phone saying a transaction has been made and current balance. It’s useless to have notifications if I still have to go to the app.App need serious work. Unstable
This app locks up frequently and has issues with dialogue formatting, navigation, settings, no 2FA support. It’s pretty meh for a banking app.Hate it
I liked your old version. I hate signing in on every screen. It doesn’t even work half the time.Does work
I can’t log into the app. when it asks me to sign in it just freezes.
