Love linking banks and the budget charts, however, I am putting credits and debits since I don’t see how to move the amounts electronically to a spreadsheet. But, I am exploring. I am still very new to all this as my Agency had an IT group—older folks need help but ultimately I will love it even more when I can budget with a spreadsheet. Thank you!!

So helpful. My last name is very difficult and sometimes confusing and hard to find in system and they did and fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes!
  • It has a lot more of room to improve

I have been a member of a few credit unions over the years. The website could use some updates to make it user friendly.
I love your credit union but please update your online website and app, please
Compare to other credit unions and banks.
I won’t leave you just recommending it to be improved.
  • Finally, Banking Done Right!!

My wife and I are able to do all of our banking on our phones or tablets, through the secure Launch app. The app is very easy to use, I would definitely recommend Launch and their app to anyone. When we visit Launch we always receive fast, friendly and attentive service by their very knowledgeable staff. Launch has raised the bar, Launch has set a new standard in banking.

  • Secure, accurate and filled with financial tools

Launch is a bank, credit union, financial advisor and group of hometown friends. I first became a member in the 2000’s when the organization was named Kenbedy Space Center Credit Union.

The app on my mobile phone is accurate and instant. I am pleased with it's dependability. I also appreciate the excellent support from real people who provide phone help. Launch monitors my account. I have been called when a pattern in my spending did not match normal patterns. Once I fell orey to a scam website. My funds were expeditiously refunded by Launch with understanding and compassion.
  • Makes me want to go with another bank

I never write reviews, even if the product is amazing. But this one takes the cake, by far. The last mobile app was at least functional and did exactly what was needed. I had to wait till a complete day after the launch date of the “updated” app to even find it in the App Store. From the moment I signed in, nothing but issues. Conveniently all the customer service numbers were down as well. Then I was charged an overdraft fee because the decided to deposit half of a check... Also new. Not sure who pioneered these changes, but a restructure is the only way to save this from getting any worse. No update can save this application. They might even lose a few customers over it.

    Don’t fix what isn’t broken.

    Just one guy’s opinion.
  • Locked out!!

Apparently, I’m a hackin’ criminal, trying to use the wrong password to sneak into my own account! Because I got a big fat NOPE! when I tried to log in. And, warnings to my email that attempts had been made. Including an attempt to change the password. (IT’S ME!) But no way to change the password! Spent the weekend with no access to my account. The old app was disabled, and the new one is crippled! Why disable the old one until you know the new one will work? Why not beta test it? Disappointed! Gonna call later today when I hope the opportunity to talk to a person will open up...
  • Lipstick on a pig comes to mind

Been a long time member of this credit union. Actually liked the last version of their software which was in use for at least 9 years if not more. Last version was functional but looked dated. This new version has a new UI thAt looks more up to date but has lost a ton of functionality.
My girlfriend and I have a joint account at launch. That account used to be linked prior to the upgrade. It would have common sense indicators like the last 4 digits of an acct # so we knew what account we were transferring $ into. Now if you link an account it simply says Checking-90. Is that my checking account or my girlfriends? There is no way to know. Also shouldn't the upgrade be able to retain past account linking? This upgrade does not. Went to look at past transactions and it only shows the last few days. The old software let you set a range to look at. This appears to lack that functionality. Overall I would say this upgrade was a huge failure! Other than updated skins that look better, he functionality is definitely less. If you use launch for your banking, well there isn't anything you can do about this poor software, your stuck with it. It's a shame the last version was very useful and functional and this version is just sub par
  • Change isn’t always good

So, I was one of the lucky ones who tried to log into my account on the previous app and entered my info correct the first time, so I was referred to the new app and was able to reset everything and log in. That’s not true for most people, as evident in the full parking lot and line of people at my local branch, with heated tempers because they were locked out of their online accounts. Why heads of a bank would think it’s a good idea to change their banking system at Noon, in the middle of a week, is beyond me. Also, no heads-up email was sent (that I received). I just happened to get a pop up when using the app the day before it changed.
As for the app, they took away the second step of security for some reason so now a user and password is all that’s needed.
Right now, I’m unable to see any transactions that happened before the day the new system went into effect. That needs to change very soon.
There are also more steps to do to look up information, which is a little annoying.
I know that changes in apps and systems are a process and not everyone will be happy with them, but this was poorly orchestrated.
